GoogleDavies and Davies have acted on two occasions as a letting agent for us, we have always had excellent professional and friendly service from them and would recommend without hesitation. The initial set up is prompt, rates are very competitive and every effort is made to accommodate us as landlords. Property inspections are frequent and thorough with regular reports received and well documented. Philomena and the maintenance department are highly efficient providing contractors quickly for every issue which arises and the ongoing aftercare is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. The contractors costs are very reasonable and I have had no cause to be anything other than very satisfied with all works carried out. Our property has been let for almost 3 years and is in superb condition giving us total peace of mind as landlords and no concerns whatsoever.

GoogleWe rented our bungalow through Davies in Trowbridge and the team were great. Andrea in accounts was able to answer any questions we had and all the information provided was crystal clear, easily understood. Other agents we received quotes from gave us information packs which were much more complicated to work through to understand exact fees being charged. But this agent was efficient, no cloudy waters re figures at all and the whole process explained to us clearly.

GoogleWe initially bought our flat through Davis and Davis with the intention of renting it out. Our experience with the purchase was so good that we decided to use them for the rental too, and in fact, didn't look at any other agents. We were not disappointed, they found a very suitable tenant very quickly and the whole process from start to finish went without a hitch. The staff are friendly efficient and most proactive. Nothing is too much trouble. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

From a buying side they were everything we could hope for and have provided updates all the way through the process. Would highly recommend and as first time buyers they have set the bar very high. Lucia in particular has been excellent with her communication and ensuring things moved along through the solicitors.

GoogleI cannot recommend Davies & Davies at Bradford-on-Avon highly enough. The staff are polite, helpful and very friendly, and Charlotte is always there to listen when Aimee is unavailable. In particular, I would like to say a big thank you to Aimee Ashworth. This young lady is super sweet, patient, has great ideas, is always helpful and very understanding. I viewed a property several times, as I was not sure that it would suit my needs. Every time Aimee was supportive, cheerful, enthusiastic about my future plans and ideas. I wish you all the best for your future. Rita Keeping X
