GoogleThe maintenance division is appalling , poor communication , expensive , They turn late , without materials , then go and buy them. They give a number to call for URGENT issues , but it's a landline 9/5 , pretty much same price as Pimlico plumbers , also expensive , but a better job (with a lot less ciggie breaks)

GoogleSo incredibly impressed with this agency. I was in a big big hurry to find a house after a landord told me I couldn’t move, 2 days before I was supposed to. Daniel Cobb employees did everything to house me asap and went out of their way to help me out. Just so utterly thankful for their immaculate customer service. Never experienced anything like it. GoogleTenants perspective - we've recently moved into a property managed by Daniel Cobb. We're happy with the property overall but there were a number of issues with the furniture upon moving in which we weren't informed of or given an indication of when they would be fixed. We've been in the property for a little while now and are still waiting on some of the inventory promised to us when we moved in. Would like to call out Reagan for all her help in addressing these issues. Even though she wasn't managing the letting agreement, she stepped in to cover for her colleague, liaising with the landlord to answer all our questions and sorting everything out incredibly quickly. She also sent some help out the night we moved in to address some urgent issues with the property like the shower not working and beds being broken. Working with Reagan has given us a sense of security that we'll be taken care of as tenants - our review would definitely be lower without her. Thanks so much!

GoogleAfter a long and depressing search for a family property in London with many agents, Patsy & Marion at Daniel Cobb, Kennington found us a great place. It's difficult getting good service with agents but the DC team were very attentive and helpful getting us sorted. Really happy with how everything has worked out - I would not do another search without talking to them first.

GoogleHaving rented flats around London and also letting a property of my own over the years, I have dealt with many agents - and to be honest was not looking forward to doing so again during what is the busiest month of the year. However, Henry at Daniel Cobb was easily the best agent we dealt with. Whilst the other agents in the area struggled to respond to emails, return calls, or keep us up to date with new properties, Henry was extremely, efficient, professional and courteous. He listened to our needs and genuinely tried to find us somewhere that fit without being pushy. We didn’t manage to find a flat in the area (mainly due to our tight time constraint), but we’ll likely be back again during a less busy period and give Henry more time to find us the right place.

GoogleWe bought one of our London flats through Daniel Cobb and the company has been managing our rental properties in London for many years. Recently we had an unusual situation with two sharers who both wanted to rent our apartment, but with neither wanting to share with the other and neither wanting to leave. It took some sorting out, but David Maxwell, the lettings manager, went the extra mile and managed to resolve a tricky situation. We have found everyone we have dealt with at Daniel Cobb to be extremely efficient and courteous. We plan to continue to use Daniel Cobb for many years.

GoogleMy initial impression of Daniel Cobb Westminster was a positive one. From viewing the flat to signing the contract, everything was done quite promptly and the service was friendly enough. Once we moved in though, the service was a let down, particularly when dealing with the property management team. On one occasion, I was asked by Reagan to confirm dates for a routine check of the property. I made arrangements to work from home on the dates agreed to accommodate their request and ended up with no one turning up twice. Eventually, I just got told it would have to be moved to another month as she was very busy - not even sure that visit ended up taking place. Not the best service! When emailing to flag maintenance issues, it also took a lot of chasing to get a response. This has improved slightly since being given a different property manager, but I did find myself without a response to an issue flagged to Salome as well so may be a common occurrence across the whole team. Renewal fees should also be confirmed over email when communicating with tenants - although these may have been specified in the original contact agreed the year prior, it seems like common courtesy to remind tenants of this when starting the process over email - just came across a bit sneaky and put me off them even more. Overall just an underwhelming experience.

GoogleIan and Jonathan were wonderful through the whole process. They truly know the area and provide a far superior service than their competitors.They are highly professional and friendly. Incredibly generous with their time , always smiling, never pushy and very experienced so when they reassure you during the process you know it’s sound advice. I can not recommend them highly enough and as a suggestion to prospective buyers and sellers would avoid in any case non local agencies to Kennington who proved simply worthless in the local context.

It's been the most difficult time we've ever witnessed to sell a large house, but the good humour and professionalism we experienced made a very tricky period significantly more pleasant...well done and keep it up.

GoogleWe have been lucky enough to buy and sell homes with Johnny and Ian over a twelve year period. Daniel Cobb are truly head and shoulders above the competition. City-wide estate agents' offices have mushroomed across Kennington in recent years but this firm - one of the oldest in this patch of London - genuinely knows and loves the local area. The team here understand and appreciate the unique architectural heritage, the interests of local residents and the kinds of communities that make it so special. They are unfailingly courteous and they adhere to a sense of ethics - something that cannot be said for many of their local competitors! That alone is worth its weight in gold.

GoogleI am extremely phobic about all aspects of buying and selling property and after some unpleasant experiences it has been an absolute joy to receive such a helpful, effortless service. From the point when Ian first looked at the flat the entire process took less than five months and at all times Ian and James were around to smooth the way. I can't recommend Daniel Cobb enough.
