John at Dandara Dunblane is 2nd to none. Not only has John been really professional but naturally friendly, John is a true gem! John has made moving to a new area a lot smoother than expected. If I ever moved to a new build property again, I'd love to have a site manager like John.

We have had an extremely positive experience buying from Dandara. Dunblane site manager John has ensured a smooth move in process and responded quickly and professionally, always with a smile to the few minor issues we have experienced (less than expected!). Lyndsay at Nest (the estate agent responsible for the Dunblane build) was very friendly and helpful during the purchase process. The build itself is high quality and the finishes are excellent. We are even happier than expected with our new home.

I have had a positive experience with Terri Amy as my landlord agent. Communication with her has been smooth and efficient, and she is generally responsive and quick to address any issues that come up. I also had an apartment inspection today with Liisa, which was carried out on time and completed efficiently, without taking up too much of my day. Overall, I appreciate the high level of service and professionalism.

Extremely responsive to tenant queries and very informative responses too. I haven't had any issues contacting the team when required. I would also describe the team as pro-active and eager to get everything in line in good time. All of the above has meant from initially viewing the property to renewing the lease for a second term, my tenancy has run very smoothly.

The staff in the sales office were helpful and the site looked very nice. Unfortunately we were not able to see inside a house as the staff were busy with other clients. It was a bit disappointing as we had made the appointment several weeks in advance. We were not able to wait at the site until someone was free as we were visiting from Somerset and had other appointments to fulfill in the area.

We looking for house in MK and came across Dandara new development - ‘The Acres’. Jon is really knowledgeable and very patient. He explained the drawings and answered all the questions we had which helped us in taking decisions. He has promptly replied to our emails, called us when needed. Unfortunately we couldn’t go further but the whole experience we had during this time was great and I can’t thank enough Jon for his time.

Dandara should have no stars ! I’ve lived in Monarch Gardens for 3yrs and they still can’t sort out the issue with my guttering as it should run away from my house to the downpipe and instead it runs to mine causing dampness.Never buy a Dandara home.

I can’t recommend Dandara highly enough! Right from the start Brendan has been on hand to help me through the process of moving from the UK to Jersey on my own. Dandara came highly recommended by my relocation company who work with them a lot which speaks volumes. No usual estate agent fakery just genuine, honest, helpful people.
