TrustpilotThe Meadows
Saturday 3rd August we visited The Meadows new builds in Wymeswold where we had an appointment with their office manager Bradley, who was so amazing. He was a mindful of information about each and every beautiful house that's being built by Dandara.Bradley was so patient and courteous with all the many and perhaps ridiculous questions we asked of him, nothing was too much trouble, even though other clients were arriving whilst we were outstaying our welcome. Thank you so much Bradley and we wish you all the best of luck.
Thank you for leaving such a great review, we're delighted you had such a great experience, we hope to welcome you back to reserve your new Dandara home.

We went to view some houses on the Saxon Park how amazing they were. But what stood out for me was the staff. Her name was Jo, forgotten her surname. Her knowledge on the different properties was fantastic. She was very polite, understanding and no question was silly.
Thank you for leaving such a great review, we're delighted you had such a good viewing with Jo.

TrustpilotPartnership in action
We moved into our new home in Saxon Park Biddenham in Feb 2024 and our journey to get there from when we first visited the development in summer 2023 was supported all the way by Kelly, Jo and Katie. No question was too small or large, always friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable and excellent for staying in touch and responding. Model of customer service. After we moved in we had similar level of help and support from site managers Andy and Josh. It feels like a partnership and a collaboration that each prospective homeowner is part of and despite the many people and queries and activities they all manage daily, their approach is very personal and caring.
Thank you for leaving such a great review, we're delighted you had such a positive experience with the team. We hope you're enjoying living in your wonderful new home.

Absolutely shocking state of the development after completion of all the homes, and Dandara has clearly 'moved on' to more important projects leaving huge expenses for the management company / residents to pick up.
We’re very sorry to hear this. Please contact the relevant customer care team directly to discuss in more detail.
