Great spec homes. Jess was a dream. Very informed on houses. Unfortunately the 4 bed was to small and the 5 bed was slightly above our budget. We will still be thinking of a new home

PEARMAIN DEVELOPMENT-CROWBOROUGHAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUESo with regards to first review re mould (there are other issues too) Complained about this to site manager shortly after moving in on June 4th. Told it has been raining a lot. Cleaned mould and then it reappeared. Early August contacted site manager, Lewis, he said everything needed to go via Customer Services so it could be logged. Duly contacted CS- no one available until 12th September- waited over a month for this appointment. It was cancelled at 9am on 12th September I.E. THE SAME DAY as he was 'poorly' but they would rearrange as soon as possible. Not even a courtesy email from them since.BE WARNED- THEY CAN HAVE 2/3 SALES PEOPLE IN THEIR OFFICES ON COMMISSION, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO AFTER-SALES SUPPORT THEY EMPLOY ONE PERSON TO VISIT PROPERTIES. SAYS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW- DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS. PS Despite being assured that mould would not affect my furniture or belongings- when I cleaned the black mould off this morning- the back of my tv unit had green mould on it. Dandara- save yourselves the inane reply about your people will be looking into this- it really means diddly squat and shows you up for the LIARS and CROOKS that you are. You should all hang your heads in shame. BTW- how much commission did the dolt who conned me into this hellhole make? Was he the same fool. Tommy, who threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the sales office. First time in my nearly 60 years as a professional person, that I have ever been spoken to by such an uneducated oaf like that. I told him he was very welcome to waste police time and to call the police and I would explain the situation to them myself - FUNNY THAT HE DEMURRED. CLOWN.EVERYONE ELSE- BE WARNED. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR SALES PEOPLE. AVOID BOTH OF THEIR CROWBOROUGH DEVELOPMENTS (PEARMAIN and BRAEBURN) THEY ARE BOTH MOULD-RIDDEN HELL-HOLES. Shame I can't attach photos- wonder why?

Further to my previous review- damp, mould, etc... Email from Dandara 13th AUGUST stating someone would attend re issues earliest 12th SEPTEMBER. Yesterday 12th September phone call at 9am cancelling this appt that I'd waited a month for as operative was POORLY. Assured Amy! would be in touch directly to rebook. Not heard diddly squat, not even a courtesy email. Mould is now up the stairs- AVOID THESE COWBOYS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT. I despise these so called replies- they mean nothing. All I have received from 'Amy' today are 2 emails that 'recall' emails...I have no idea what that means? All I have received are previous emails stating 'Amy Wells would like to recall the message' Absolute charlatans. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. INREPONSE TO THEIR WHOLLY INADEQUATE REPLY THAT JUST TICKS THEIR REPLY IN 48 HRS GUFFAmazing reply- so a company the size of Dandara has ONE person who deals with post move in problems, you wait a month to see him, then are cancelled on the day as he's unwell and there is no one else in the whole company who can fill in- SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THEIR AFTERSALES. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE, WHO ARE LIARS ON COMMISSION AND WOULD SELL THEIR GRANDMAS IF IT PAID THEM - MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT BUY THEIR SHODDY, MOULD-INFESTED HOUSES. 4 STAR BUILDER- IT'S CORRUPT. WHO'S GETTING BACKHANDERS HERE? WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. THIS WAS A DOWNSIZE MOVE AND I RUE THE DAY I EVER PUT MY TRUST IN DANDARA- ABSOLUTE AND UTTER CHARLATANS.
We're extremely sorry for the delay you've experienced this week. Unfortunately our operative was unwell, something we can not foresee and we are doing everything we can to rearrange as soon as possible.

Great experience from start to finish.I requested further information in relation to a rental property (in Jersey) I seen online and very quickly received an email from Brendan with the information I was looking for. From then on Brendan was extremely responsive, helpful and diligent and I have now signed the tenancy agreement and await my entry date. I would highly recommend using Dandara (and Brendan) as estate agents.
