TrustpilotGreat sales appointment and decent build quality
It was a great first appointment with Rebecca at Abbots Place. The skills and knowledge around the property, Rebecca was clear and concise in providing right and required information during the visit. The development was good anyway but the way it was presented, much different to other developments we visited. Appreciate the first hand knowledge thanks. After seeing many developments, the build quality of this development is much better, even small things, the quality is definitely a big plus.
We're delighted to hear you had such a positive experience with Rebecca, thank you for leaving such a great review.

Had a pre booked appointment and were seen promptly by Andrea who took the time to explain the layout of the next phase of the Hazlewood development and to answer all of our questions on the buying process.Unfortunately there is only a very limited number of plots being released at this time and none of the house types were ones we were interested in.We will keep in touch to find out about future plot releases

In the hundreds of call and emails I’ve made now and am now just being ignored.Disgusting company. Doing everything I can to get support from the NHBC to escalate my complaint.
We're sorry to hear you haven't had a positive experience with us. If you are able to share more details with us via customer care we can look into your enquiry.
