We have recently bought a new home from Dandara on the Towerlands Park site and everything has been great from the very start. The service from both the team in the sales office and the site team has been brilliant. As first time buyers we had expected it to be a really daunting prospect but from the very first appointment we’ve had nothing but the best in terms of service and support. Jo and Catherine were great at going through everything with us, providing updates on the house and answering any questions that we had. The home demonstration with our site manager Adrian was really good and he’s been great ever since. Always just a call or message away if anything is needed. Ray has also popped in a few times to check on us and has always been really helpful too. Big thanks to the whole team and definitely we would strongly recommend!

During our first visit to the sales office, subsequent appointment and email exchanges, the sales team (particularly Yasmine and Rebecca) have been performed professionally and demonstrated their care to the customers. Rebecca gives us duly updates, knowledgeable, provides quick response and explains in details all queries we have.She makes us feel satisfactory so far in the journey and has done an excellent job.Look forward to have our high quality home completed.

They had a deposit contribution offer when we purchased the house. Our agent Rebecca has been a star from the first moment we met her. When I got to dandara helen greeted me with a big smile. I was offered tea or coffee which I thought was really kind.Everything was explained in detail and in a way that made it easy to understand as a first time buyer.I really appreciated the time taken for the appointment and I’m very excited for the next steps and moving in to my new beautiful house!
