We went to the dandara Saxon park site in biddenham to look around the show homes and we were greeted by Jo and kelly. They were so helpful and talked us through everything we needed to know! They really are amazing and made the experience so nice for us.

As I hadn't sold my house went with Dandara's moving made easy package. It was indeed easy. All the conveyancing was organised for me. I was fully supported by Jaqueline at the sales office at Eskbank. She was so helpful and provided information all along the process. Everything went like clockwork and the day I moved in Jacqueline and Stuart the site manager were there to meet me. They explained how everything works and would be there to support me settle in. Which they did and assured me if there were any problems they were there to help. Could not have asked for more. Very professional and helpful.

We are overall very pleased so far with our new home. Any issues have being dealt with swiftly and it seems to us as if the Dandara team do genuinely care about their customers. Have to mention one lady (Helen) who has being with us every step of the way, from keeping us up to date on everything we needed to know and do and even had a very helpful input with our difficult decision on flooring, kitchen and tiles choices!!From our experience I really hope Dandara appreciate what a service she provides for the company any issue big or small she has assisted us in any way she could. I found the experience useful as this was my first time using an agency when renting. It has helped me to understand what to expect in the future.The constructive feedback I can give is highlighting that there may future tenants who will need patience from the agency to understand the process, and may need further explanation like I did. It can feel a little overwhelming for someone who is moving out independently for the first time, as they may not have any experience in this area.

We have just purchased a three bedroom detached house at the Towerlands Park development in Braintree and have been in for about 5 weeks.From the initial enquiries both Catherine and Jo from the sales team have been excellent, friendly approachable and always on hand to answer any queries or questions.We had a lot of problems on the way trying to sell two properties to fund our new home but the Dandara team stuck with us when one of the sales fell through and a subsequent mortgage was required.There has been some snagging issues as expected but nothing major.A special mention must go to Adrian the site manager and all his team who have dealt with any issues quickly efficiently and to a high standard.Adrian goes out of his way to help you and is no more than a phone call away he is a real credit to the company

Dandara have been great at managing my rental apartment in Jersey. I live abroad so it would not be possible for me to do this myself, but I 100% trust Dandara to stay on top of it and communicate with me and action anything that needs doing. Everyone we have had contact with has been polite and professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs rental apartment management in Jersey.

After contacting the sales office to enquire about a new property at Reayrt Mie Ballasalla, Sally from sales took us through the information packs and specifications. A viewing was arranged within a few days and after being shown around we had made our decision to purchase, the build standard and interior specifications were excellent. We moved in to the new home on the 1st of October 24 and we are settling in. The thermal efficiency and solar panel installation will help reduce the utility costs for us. From Sally in sales and Gabriel at the hand over of the new house. the process was straight forward and always very informative, nothing was too much trouble and this was the same from the staff on the site.

DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLEBuying a Dandara house has been the WORST experience of my house-buying life- I have owned six properties before this one, one a new-build- and I have never, ever had mould in my property before. According to Dandara this is a 'normal part of the drying out process'- THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL HOUSES IN THIS RANK CONDITION.My advice, AVOID buying a house from Dandara-I feel like I'm living in hell- can't sell it, unless I take at least a 10% loss plus more stamp duty and estate agents fees to pay. This was supposed to be a nice, easy downsize for me. I RUE THE DAY I EVER HEARD THE NAME DANDARA. I curse anyone involved with this company- HOW DO THEY KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THESE SHODDY BUILDS? WHO'S GETTING THE BACKHANDERS? CORRUPT. HOW IS IT IN ANY WAY ACCEPTABLE TO LIVE WITH MOULD? I BET THE MANAGING DIRECTORS DON'T HAVE MOULD IN THEIR MANSIONS- THEY SHOULD HANG THEIR HEADS IN SHAME AT THE MOULD-RIDDLED BOXES THEY THROW TOGETHER.
