We visit Dandara site in Hawkhurst. Joe and Elliot were really helpful and professional. Unfortunately none of their available homes were large enough for us, nor had garages.

We have recently bought a Farringford 3 bedroom house at Fontwell Meadows.Having never bought a new house before we have been blown away by the whole experience.We cannot speak highly enough of the knowledge and professionalism we received from Ash and Tracy from day one to completion. They both went above and beyond what we expected 5 star experience and the same goes for the site team headed up by Henry and Connor.

They were very knowledeable, supportive and the service and care provided by them was exemplary and has continued throughout the whole process, pre and post sale. We viewed one of the properties in Dunblane. The salesperson was there when we arrived. She was very helpful and professional and was able to answer all our questions. We were impressed with the design and finishing of the property but decided on reflection, that we really need a garage so it was not the one for us.

I have always seen Dandara from a distance and from a distance the company appeared professional and classy. Truly they are professional and classy because I had an exceptional experience with the company. Upon meeting Brendan, who showed me around the apartment I was interested in, I was almost certain that I would take the apartment. He was extremely welcoming and provided a detailed tour, offering detailed information about the apartment. Brendan was very prompt in responding to my emails, which made me feel like a priority. He was readily available to provide clarifications and guidance whenever we requested it.I had a really good experience with the company and I gladly recommend their service.

Clair, Brendan, Terri and the rest of the Dandara team have been a pleasure to deal with. In slightly complex circumstances they went out of their way to help and assisted me in securing a lovely apartment at Westview. They kept me informed of timelines, took account of my needs and delivered on my requirements. The team knew the property well, all checks / info they needed from me clearly explained and articulated, property handover to me simple with a walkthrough with Terri and I expect property handback to be just as easy and straight forward. Biggest compliment is that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

Jo and Catherine in the site office were very helpful all the way through the process of purchasing my house. A special thanks to Jo, who I mainly dealt with. From her first showing me round the show home and around the site, looking at available plots. To then explaining all the purchasing paperwork to helping when conveyancing needed a push.Adrian, the site manager has been really friendly and helpful in helping me to settle in. Nothing is too much trouble for him.The whole team made very smooth and easy, what could have been a difficult process. Thank you.

Sarah was very knowledgable about the houses, and she gave us the option of an escorted tour or for us to wander around ourselves. My only criticism ..was that we were unable to walk around a showroom of the house we were interested in.Beautiful house space.

We purchased a home from Dandara, on their Saxon Park development, earlier in February this year, and it was a great experience from start to finish, albeit only a few months! The sales team, Jo and Kelly, were great help. They took their time in understanding our needs, went through all the available plots that suited us, and we ended up settling on our now, new home! They were extremely accomodating with our questions throughout the purchase, and as helpful, once we moved in, sending through all the docs we needed pretty much straight away. The development and the house itself is great. Very minor snagging, and were dealt with extremely efficiently. No issues at all with workmen or building work on site and they are very quick to react to any issues or concerns.Overall, a very pleasant experience purchasing with Dandara and would have no hesitation recommending them, or purchasing another Dandara home, in the future.Thanks!!
