Customer “Care”

Their customer care team is like talking to a wall. Speaking of walls, the new build walls are paper thin. I can literally hear every bang from my neighbours kids every single day and have done for the past year. When asking about wall specs, they can’t supply such information as it’s private to the company. That’s fine, but when making walls, I didn’t expect polystyrene to be their material of choice.

Abbots Place, MK

We were in the process of buying a new build with another builder but then we came across Abbots Place & decided to purchase a house there instead. Everything about this process so far has been effortless, Rebecca & Katie really are amazing at what they do & very professional. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure any concerns we have are addressed, have kept us updated with absolutely everything & are always available if we need to contact them.

Would definitely recommend

Having leased accommodation with other providers on the island I have low expectations of the industry generally. Dandara have treated me with respect and dealt with everything courteously and promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. Had over a 198 snags when I moved in. I’ve had to literally fight them for a year to get the snags remedied and they are still a number outstanding. The drains on the development are not fit for purpose and keep blocking. Also made to sign up for a management company for the development that turns out to be affiliated to Dandara and they charged a years fee and no landscaping or ground maintenance has been carried out. Shocking workmanship and customer care from start to finish. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Incompetent bordering on negligent

Horrific experience and utterly incompetent after sales team bordering on negligent. Customer support don’t action anything despite months of emails and phonecalls. Clear documented evidence of issues on handover and still 2 years on major issues with our doors, windows and bifold patio doors & our downstairs toilet. Promisee after promise given but never any substance to them. Soon enough the emails stop getting answered or you simply get a “no”.

Terri, Brendan and Samantha - the dream team

Terri, Brendan and Samantha really went above and beyond I would say during the 3 years that we’ve stayed at the Westmount flat. From start to finish they’ve been accommodating and really quick to answer any of our questions and in making sure we have the best experience whilst living within the property. Any issues reported, they are always quick to respond so they get resolved quickly. There was not a lot as the property was well taken care of as well. Bitter sweet that we are leaving soon due to personal reasons but definitely was a good experience for us and have 3 years worth of good memories in the flat so thank you team. :)
