Beautiful development and wonderful Sales Team

I visited Saxon Park with my husband a few weeks ago and I just had to share my experience. My husband and I are totally clueless when it comes to buying new build however Kelly made us feel so welcome right from the beginning. We had a lot of questions but she was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much for her. We’ve been put off buying in the past by other developers so thank you Kelly you were amazing ☺️

Purchasing my dream home with dandara…

Purchasing my dream home with dandara braintree has been absolutely brilliant. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, they made sure the communication and access was always available and in particular Jo from the sales team was nothing short of great along with the rest of her team in made my purchase that nuch easier and stress free. I also had the pleasure of going over snagging with Adrian the site manager, once again they have taken care of all my initial issues and are always available for further things, once again the level of communication and care has been superb.

Eager to purchase a property in Peel

We are interested in the new builds in Peel a couple of years away. It’s a shame that we can’t reserve one in advance, rent a Dandara property in the meantime. This is not a criticism of the member of staff we saw just Dandara as an organisation.

Excellent team and advice

From the moment we stepped into the office at Pearman Place, we received a warm welcome from Becky and the team. We had a chance to discuss what we were looking for and all possible options. Becky showed us around a potential property. We found her knowledgeable and informative - definitely no hard sell (the house sold itself!) which we appreciated. Recommendations were given for finance and conveyancing which we could follow up in our own time. Again no pressure. Aided by Tommy, Andrew and Elliot, all the team have been accessible and very responsive and we're well on the way to our purchase. Highly recommend. Thank you.

NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH WORK REVIEW. MAKING COMMUNITIES SAFE

My name is Peter New I am a Police Volunteer with the Community Neighbourhood Watch. I cover the Ashford District and especially new build developments. I enrol people into Neighbourhood Watch which helps them stay crime free and importantly free from the fear of crime too. It helps build community cohesion and importantly, as residents move in, it helps provide an additional layer of vigilance and security. Sadly we all know building developments are targeted by criminals at all stages from the first brick laid till the last house completed. With this work you need people to buy into the theory and the practice of this work. On all sites I work on some do from day one others arrive on the journey so to speak. Sometimes sadly after a theft on a site has occurred. It costs nothing to a company or the residents, in fact it is a win win situation. Residents are all on board straight away especially those moving into the area from farther away. With signage provided to residents it shows criminals that the community is as one and they are all looking out for each other. Criminals need to know they are not picking on one isolated family or property but a united community. The real purpose of this mail after that background is to say what an absolute pleasure it has been to work with Joe Stockton on The Pippins site at Hamstreet. From our first meeting to date he got the idea, realised the benefits and played a full and active part of supporting the growth of Neighbourhood Watch for the residents. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him. He is very clearly very good and confident at his job and extremely committed to go that extra mile for everybody and that included me! I know how highly thought of he was by his residents and how highly they speak of him. I can only add to that by way of saying a thank you to him for his commitment, and support to my work in making The Pippins a lovely place to live and raise families. I shall miss Joe as he moves on and forward to his new site. I think it mentioned Hawkhurst. I would be grateful if you could drop him a note or a quick phone call to say a very well done and thank you for his work. Dandara are very fortunate to have such a very bright and talented person in the workforce. Emma, he is a credit to himself and your company. It was a privilege to work with him Thank you. Towerlands Park (Braintree)

Sales Team - Jo & Cathrine were great from the start. They were really helpful and informative about the whole process. After care has been good and snagging and small issues have been followed up in good time. Adrian - Site Manager has also been approachable and very transparent. We have had a few small issues but these have been dealt with in a good time. We have lived in our new home for 6 weeks and happy customers so far.

New home review

Just wanted to thank Andrew for all the hard work he has put together for us in our new home. He always had everything completed in a timely manner. He always reassured me that he would deal with any concern I had and made it an excellent experience. I think it is natural to have some anxiety as a customer and the building process and Andrew always kept me informed and explained the process well.

I enquired about 3 bed properties

I enquired about 3 bed properties, but there are none available at the moment. I did however view the 5 bedroom which was lovely and of a high spec. Alana was very helpful and gave me the information and specs of the proposed properties for the next phase, which was really helpful.
