GoogleWith everything we are all going through, Fiona still managed to find me and my partner a wonderful house to live, she is very professional, kind, and many more things, any questions we had, she answered them straight away, by far the best estate agents i have ever been in contact with, 100% recommended. Fiona Ellery thank you for everything.

GoogleA completely fraudulent letting agent, with a web of lies spun by Kelly Fletcher who has since moved on to SYHA. Having been with them since January 2019, I have had no amount of issues, from faulty electrics through to them trying to charge me for damage to the property that was clearly not caused by me, with specialists agreeing with this train of thought. Furthermore, their contracts are laughable. They have continuously moved goalposts or down-right lied in regards to a number of issues, including breaking a number of verbal agreements following the departure of Kelly Fletcher - ranging from tenants charged for bills that were supposedly included with the rent, charging for parking following their contract stating that parking would be available on site and withholding signing-on perks such as a months free rent, free internet for an extended period, vouchers to spend around Kelham Island and free gym memberships. Avoid at all costs, nothing more than a bunch of cowboys who only care about ensuring they receive their money on a monthly basis.
