GoogleMyself and my husband had such a great experience selling our home through Crucible. They were friendly, informative and always on hand when we had any questions. The team also found us a buyer really quickly! We would 100% recommend them to sell your home with - huge thank you to everyone for all your hardwork and support on our journey with you.

GoogleUnfortunately Not a good experience we have left emails with No Reply and even spoke to them on the phone and got told they will pass the message on to Emma as they are on the phone with someone else they would get back to us, still No reply, it has cost us money and time , we took their advice and then got ignored. we would Not recommend and would not use .

GoogleThe Crucible team have been great and very understanding throughout what has been a difficult process. Emma and Abbie in particular have always been available to communicate, listen to me moan but most importantly taking action in chasing and moving the deal forward. Good people! Thanks for your hard work

GoogleThey "forgot" whether they put the right fire cladding in our building so now we wake up to the sound of loud drilling and sawing, every day for 5 months

GoogleI recently rented a property through crucible, I never had an issue and they were always there when needed. I found Dawn particularly helpful in my time.

GoogleTerrible communication from the lettings team. Not picking up phone calls, slow response time and poor communication with their own reference team.
