GoogleBeen trying to contact their emergency number for last 24 hours no response to calls or text the property they own above me had a flood n ruined my flat.. thanks for your non response im far from happy not a good way to deal with problems....

GoogleThis company is going out of business very shortly. Anyone who is owed money by this company is well advised to get it back as soon as possible or you will lose it! Don't pay them money upfront you will lose it. You have been warned!

GoogleMy husband and I found a house through Crucible. Overall it was fine, but after we had paid and were supposed to move in they forgot to send someone to the house to give us the keys and we were stranded for over an hour outside in the rain with all of our belongings. When the guy arrived we found out that the contract was for 6 months and not a year. So not the best experience, but not as bad as others.

GoogleIve used there services as a buyer and a landlord and have found them to be helpful and pro-active whether it be finding me a new property or a tenant. They keep things simple and this uncomplicated approach has made them a pleasure to deal with.
