GoogleOverall a good service, however when booking my appointment over the phone I said what date I would be available to move in from and selected the flat I wanted to view, then when I arrived at the appointment I was told there was no point in viewing that flat because it was available immediately and I couldn't move in for 2 months, would have been good to be told this on the phone before hand.

GoogleDelt with two agents, first one didn’t give me much information on the property. However, the second agent showed me a property which was a add on as the first property had already been let by the time of my viewing. Second agent took me to an alternative viewing which meet my needs and I liked. She negotiated with the landlord for me. Which resulted in me letting the property.

GoogleWorst business I have ever used. Complete lack of organisation from all areas. Constantly being told that it’s ‘not their department’ and to call another number. Every phone experience has ended in rudeness on their side. Face to face in the shop is fine they tell us things and say everything is 100% fine, then we continue to receive messages stating money is owed. Even with video recordings of different members of their team telling us different things they refuse to listen and insist it’s not their problem. Would never recommend to anyone would rate 0 stars if possible.

GoogleCPS were very pro-active and efficient when it came to booking viewings and agreeing tenancy. Becky was exceptionally helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to organise accommodation quickly.

GoogleContacted this agent 4 weeks ago regarding 2 properties advertised for sale on their own site and also on Rightmove, after being put on hold for over 2 minutes I was informed both had been sold, I expressed my disappointment that they weren't keeping their information up to date and left it at that. Today 4 weeks later I noticed that one of the properties was still for sale, phoned them to be answered by a member of staff who knew nothing of property, put me on hold for a minute and told me that the property was still sold, I informed the lady that we were cash buyers with nothing to sell and asked what the current state of sale was, to be told that the system was down and perhaps I should phone back tomorrow and that was that! Unbelievable you'd have thought that I would have been dealt with by someone with rudimentary sales skills who would have asked my name and gained some details from a caller that had informed her that "I am a a cash buyer"!

GoogleVery friendly and happy to help and the office is in a convenient location in relation to the jouses I had a little mix up with the length of tenancy available when I was showed the house, but email responses were very quick and this was cleared up quickly. Very happy with the house I have got and the price.

GoogleTerrible service, very unprofessional, lazy and Fiona was incredibly rude. Unacceptable, why do agency get away with terrible customer service when you paying for their service. The worst experience I've ever had with an agency had to call 7 times a day to get answers, being told I will get a call back and never did, Fiona was very unprossasional and extremely rude. She never listen to what you had to say, asked the same question over and over and wouldn't accept your answer. Never called back, and hung up the phone. Didn't want to provide any solution to your problem because she could be bothered to deal with it.

GoogleWe signed for a house with cps, paid the agency fee's and then 2 weeks later they rang to say they had made a mistake, sold the house and we couldn't have it anymore. They were then really funny about giving us our money back and it took 4+ weeks of repeatedly going in and asking for it to get it back. The exact same thing has happened to other people too.

GoogleAwesome experience with the agency , Really friendly and helpful .I managed to secure my property without being in the UK with ease.The agent helped me find a new property after the 1st one i liked was off the market , the viewing was booked right away and was mad after a couple of hours . There was no problems with the payment of the deposit to secure the property and after that everything is explained step by step to arrange the details and ask any questions if you want to know something more!

GoogleHad a viewing on a house, booking that was simple. Viewing was informative and very natural. House was in really good condition which I have reserved, so can't fault that. Just got to sign the contract now. everything has been really easy, hope it lasts :)
