GoogleDreadful letting agent that don't know what's going on. Will try their best to keep your full deposit - luckily we had written proof from our landlord it was to be handed back (in full)

GoogleStudents please avoid these guys, they never fix any of your maintenance issues and steal your deposit at the end. Worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST!! Problems from the start...from toilet not working to oven not working...now we have a major leak in the bathroom and there doing nothing about it! The “managers” for cps homes are a joke they only care about you paying your rent on your time! Nightmare to get anything fixed and always try and put the blame on the tenants! Go else where avoid THE COWBOY ESTATE AGENTS especially Claire the branch manager!!

GoogleYou are leaving us with failing heating and hot water supply for a week now with a newborn baby!!!! The boiler keeps failing and you do nothing though I reported it nearly a week ago! You’re good to take the rent but leave us and a baby without a working boiler in December and don’t even care to repair it! You are a shame!!!

GoogleWhy is so hard to find a honest and good letting agency in Cardiff?! Don't expect you have your deposit back! Absolute nuisance with papers, advice, service... Avoid if possible.

GoogleEleanor and Fiona have been great to deal with setting up a rental from Ontario Canada was challenging but made easier by these two lovely ladies! CPS has been extremely helpful definitely recommend them!

GoogleI was let a flat that wasn't available for renting, they blamed the landlord despite there being various communication with the landlord on my behalf, I was told the landlord didn't know what flat he was talking about!!! I was told about the flat not being available 4 days before I was meant to pay for 6 months rent, I'm moving from a different part of the country and it really has caused a lot of issues. Low deposit and no admin fees but it seems that comes at a cost of inexperienced employees.
