TrustpilotQuick, Friendly and very responsive
I applied and rented a property from CPS with the help of Sophie from the rental team and Rhiannon, both were very quick and responsive, and the whole process was extremely smooth. This is really helpful for me because I had to travel to Cardiff for the viewings and couldn't stay there for long.

TrustpilotReal, good ,nice people and property 😊😊
I am living in the property since last 8 months and I am really loving it. Cps is doing a great job in solving the issue real quick. They are really helpful in taking care of the tenants. I especially mention Mr. Rhys Owen who did a great job regarding my tenancy contract. The landlord is really nice and genuinely caring towards the tenant.I definitely recommend.

I’ve just recently contacted CPS Homes to market one of my properties in the Bay Area following a 5 yr let Jordan Parry and his team relet the property immediately after the first arranged viewing due to their professional approach and no doubt a lot of background effort Well done team Thank you very much David George
