Of the many agencies I encountered in my Cardiff house hunt, CPS was the most professional, flexible, accommodating, and easily contactable. Jordan at CPS was especially fantastic; he was very understanding of the constraints of work and distance on my availability and managed things to make the process as painless as possible. There was no undue pressure or impossible demands. I was treated very kindly and felt like a valued client. I very highly recommend CPS Homes in general and Jordan Parry in particular.

Hats off to Jordan and CPS for assisting me to find a property I like and for being fantastic during the letting process. I had contacted almost all the agencies in Cardiff for an apartment to rent and was either not getting a response or was running in circles with their questionnaire and complicated process. With CPS, my experience was wonderful. I was getting a response for every listing I applied to and got a call before each viewing. I was lucky to have met Jordan who managed everthing smoothly and professionally. He was on time to the viewing, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the property. He made me feel comfortable on the viewing. Overall a positive experience.

Worst agency ever.They don't even reply or arrange the viewings. I don't know how can they check eligibility criteria by asking few questions and deciding based on that. Other agencies atleast arrange the viewings and ask to fill form then check the eligibility criteria. But this agency seems to be running backwards.

Hi Jiby, Thanks for your review. We're sorry that you don't agree with the processes we have in place when receiving an enquiry to rent a property. We ask a series of pre-qualification questions in order to form an idea of whether the person(s) enquiring is likely to meet our referencing criteria. We do this in order to avoid going out on viewings which won't ultimately be proceedable, which would be a waste of both our and the applicant's time. Unfortunately, due to extremely large demand versus supply at the moment, a number of applicants do end up disappointed, even if they're suitable, as only party can end up letting the property. When renting with CPS first point of contact was always Cameron and he dealt with everything with no questions asked and never had any issues. Myself and my housemate will be moving into another cps property when we look and will go through Cameron for this as well. Now looking for 2 beds in cathays or city centre and he has provided us a list to go and view.

Excellent speedy sales service from CPS

CPS has just sold two HMOs in Roath, Cardiff for us and it just took them one day to get this in place. Sian Hiatt from the sales team was excellent. She took the time to understand our situation and the properties being sold. She gave me good advice on how to present the properties for sale which I followed. She then dealt with the purchaser in a very professional manner which enabled the sales of both properties. I strongly recommend CPS if you are considering selling a property.

Flawless service end-to-end!

We recently sold our house with CPS Homes and would highly recommend them! All of the staff we dealt with were incredible, especially Nathan, Tiffany and Chelsea. The photos and videos were top quality, and throughout the process nothing was too much effort for any of the team.Our house sold at the initial open house event and went for above the asking price, as predicted by Nathan. After that, Tiffany and Chelsea were on hand at every stage to manage the negotiations and progression of the sale very professionally.Overall it was a flawless service, and if you are thinking about selling your home with CPS - do it!
