GoogleThe lovely woman who viewed houses with us, Jess was an absolute star and we all felt she was incredibly caring. She made us feel comfortable and explained the renting process thoroughly. As students who were nervous about signing we felt much better after her advice and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

GoogleI can’t recommend CPS Homes enough. I found an amazing place and they couldn’t have made the process any easier. I’d really like to thank Nikki, who managed the signing of my contract, for all of the help and support I received. Nikki’s help made the signing incredibly smooth and easy understand each stage. I’d also really like to thank Jenna for all of the support I have received throughout the entire process. Jenna has been happy to help right from the beginning, all the way through to the move in date. Any queries I’ve had have been answered in a timely and friendly manner.

GoogleWhen we first moved in the house was great, but after 1 week our kitchen sink was fully blocked and took around a month to be fixed. Also was not told where the gas meter was for about a month so couldnt get a reading and required multiple emails and phone calls to get a helpful response of the meter where they send us a photo of the meter without telling us the location so we could not set up an account as we did not have the serial number required

CPS Homes have been ruthlessly efficient again. I deal with them on a yearly basis to secure student tenants and they always deliver.Communication is always excellent and they are extremely pro-active in keeping landlords up to date with maintenance and contract matters.I dealt with Rhys on this occasion who was as always, excellent.

GoogleExtremely easy going experience. We were able to visit three different properties and put a deposit down on the one that we liked the most within the space of a few hours. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Marta helped us with the depositing of the house and told us about all of the information we needed. If you are a student looking to buy a second/third year property, I would highly recommend CPS homes Estate and Letting Agent.
