GoogleCox & Co were fantastic. They handled both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. We had a complicated situation with a previous purchase and Josh was truly outstanding throughout. He was calm, reassuring, and kept us updated at every step. His communication was exceptional, he genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible.

GoogleHorrendous agency. Left without heating for over 6 months and they just try and make excuses and justify their shortcomings. Mike is also a professional gaslighter. He or John, will surley reply to this with deflection, lies and take no responsibility (Like he has on all other complaints) A master manipulator that trys to turn blame on tenants. Just look at the responses from any negative reviews. They refuse to take responsibility and will lie and deflect. Also the latest batch of AI fake reviews that all look the same ain't fooling anyone. When I complained about mould he made me feel bad about complaining amd said its no big deal and just takes a bit bleach. Gap under door ignored for 2 years. Left without heating for 6 months. But they will still demand to enter and do inspections and then do nothing with the information or things you report 🤔 I'll also attach a screenshot of Mike trying to justify leaving tenants without heating (Even though I'm sure he'll repy with the BS) Happy to leave people throughout winter, Jan-July and then say "there's no fixed time on repairs" Oh, okay, in that case I'll just wait a few years? When I was 2 days late with rent though, they were emailing very quickly with threats of eviction. Unprofessional and non-functional agency. Avoid like the plague unless you want to have issues like a lot of the other people on here. It is up to you wether you want to beleive the outpour of lies they will post to this review like they have done to other people. I'm looking forward to it myself. However there is no excuse for leaving tenants that long without heating, that is a failure from the company at every level and can't be justified, but let's see how they try and justify it 😂 Edit: I waited 6 months, it was only when I ended tenancy you wanted to come in and fix things. You also asked me to get everything ready for marketing while I was still living there, all to which I rightly refused. Why should you come and bother me just so you can get someone moved in almost immediately after I'm gone after leaving me waiting without essentials and consistently taking my money? This is your policy? You only jumped into action when you absolutley had to, when you found out I was leaving and you'd have to get this all quickly fixed for the next tenant.
Nico, We are disappointed to read this review. While we appreciate that you were unhappy with the situation, this review omits important facts. The heating issue was reported and we sought quotations and landlord approval for replacement works. As a managing agent, we are unable to authorise major expenditure without the property owner's consent. When the matter was raised again we contacted the landlord again regarding the issue, however access for further investigation and remedial works was subsequently refused by you. We take all maintenance concerns seriously and worked within the limits of our legal authority to try to resolve the matter. We also reject the personal allegations made against members of our team, which are inaccurate and unhelpful. We remain committed to providing a professional service to both landlords and tenants.

It wasn't long before contact was made with Josh, who did everything he could to make such a stressful event in ones life, as easy as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us updated much more than we have ever experienced before with an Estate Agent. GoogleGreat estate agents for our purchase - very helpful with viewings, and follow up questions and comms in general. The day of our move involved relocating and they were super helpful and came to drop the keys off when the funds cleared, which was a nice touch after a long day. They also helped ensure some left over garden junk was cleared by the seller subsequently. Highly recommended.

The views are exceptional! My husband and I are retiring and relocating to Edinburgh - Cox & Co has provided us with connections for a solicitor and accountant. They have been friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout our journey. In time, we will seek the services provided by Neill, Nomsa and Cox & Co to buy our "forever" home. Outstanding so far.
