I had the opportunity to meet James on my journey to find a new flat, he had an immediate response to all my queries, he guided me through the offering process and he really went the extra mile when explaining the steps and documentation to follow so I could rent the flat I liked. GoogleHaving Rented through County Property Management for 5 years, I would highly recommend their service in protecting and servicing everyone in the chain. Landlords are protected through regular property visits, ensuring all services are operational and in good order. Over and above the general checks for wear and tear. Tenants are looked after should a service or appliance fail, with a prompt response and replacement. Check in and check out of the properties managed, is professional and they will guide you through all steps of the process. First rate service, from a first rate company.

GoogleCounty Property go above and beyond for Landlords. As heating engineers we work for a number of Letting Agents but County are the most pro-active and exacting when they call us in. Great communication with us when working to solve tenant's problems. If I was a Landlord I'd be happy he was on our case.

GoogleWas in an emergency situation due to the landlord ending a contract early when I had a holiday right around the corner. James and Annabel took care of us in that trying time, found us a new place quickly and helped ensure that the move was a smooth process despite the chaotic schedule we had. Very communicative throughout the whole ordeal and we've now comfortably settled into the new home. Thrilled with the service overall. - Luc

GoogleThis review is focussed on James Korol, who was very helpful and proactive. We had moved home and a few weeks later our new mobile got wrongly delivered to our old home ! I spoke to James who readily appreciated the situation and arranged access for my friend to collect the parcel very quickly. This no-nonse, can help help where I can attitude is a bit rare these days for that James deserves much than 5 stars. Thanks James !

GoogleI’m appalled by some of their agent’s customer service skills! James who just took my call earlier was incredibly rude. After I had enquired about a property, I mentioned that I had been in contact with Sarah to arrange a viewing but hadn’t heard back from her yet. To that James rudely replied ‘so did 70 others’ without being of any help whatsoever. Wished him a great rest of his day, as it must not have been going too great to be so rude to people for no reason.

GoogleWe recently moved into a rental property. From first meeting Adam we knew we were in good hands. Very calm and knowledgeable. The whole process was very smooth with regular updates from adam on what we needed to do to keep our application on track. Couldn't comment on whole company but Adam certainly went above and beyond for us.
