GoogleReally friendly people, and quick and accessible services! Every query we had was answered or handled in a timely manner, and the passing over of the keys and signing of the documents were finalised very efficiently. Most of our rental was managed by Sarah, who was always happy to help and quick to get back to us. Even now that we have moved in, the property management team are still always at hand when we have a query.

GoogleAnyone who needs help with moving/letting I can’t recommend Sarah enough! I unfortunately had my tenancy ended due to a house fire and needed to find somewhere fast. Before I had even stepped through the door Sarah was on the case and had found a property for me to look at. She was very punctual when viewing the property and answered all my questions and was sure to get me the best result. I would honestly say she did everything she could to help ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

GoogleI have been extremely pleased with the property manager Katy Elsdon at the Woking office. Today she sorted out a billing problem and last week rung me about renewing smoke alarms. Last year she arranged quotes for a new bathroom in one of my properties. In all excellent service. 👌 Thank you

GoogleKaty Elsdon became my property maintenance manager after a few replacements and I can honestly say she has been amazing. She bends over backwards to help and nothing is too much trouble. She is a lovely lady and gets things done. Cannot recommend Katy highly enough.

GoogleDon't rent with them. If you do, they harass you with a huge bill for normal tear and wear when you move out.

GoogleQuite a bad experience from a potential seller perspective. We tried to arrange a viewing for a property on sale and we were just refused the opportunity as "there is a potential offer on the table". The property continued to be on and of the market for the next 2 months from our original call. 4 months forward we managed to view with leaders a similar property for which we put an offer on. We had no follow up, no feedback on our offer. We just seen on right move that the property was sold. I phoned the agency and I was promised a follow up call from the sales manager who could explained what happen, that call never came. I wrote an email to try to understand why were were took out from the loop. No reply.
