GoogleColubrid Estate Agents have been great from the very first phone call to them with an enquiry. They have been helpful and understanding of individual circumstances and everything has been dealt with in a timely manner. All the staff are great and helpful in particular Maya, Bradley and Josh.

GoogleInitially , I met with Mark who promised a lot and delivered! Exceptions were met with price and speed (STC full asking price within 8 weeks and Christmas and new year were in the middle) Special thanks to Maya she has been a delight to work with. Always helpful, positive and supportive. Also thanks Bailey, Bradley and Tony. We had soo many viewings I lost count! Looking forward to the next steps 🔑

GoogleWe moved over to Colubrid Estate Agents after struggling to sell our house with another estate agent... it was the best decision we could have made. The property was on the market for less than a week with Colubrid before it sold! The staff at Colubrid have been professional and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more! Would recommend to anyone looking to sell their house in the Essex area.

Their professionalism and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free and nothing ever seemed to be a problem when I had to contact them during the process. Hi Ian, We are really genuinely dissapointed to read your 1* review particuarly when it doesnt really have anything to do with the service that we provide. We pride ourselves on delivering a 5* service to our clients and if only you knew how hard we work to keep our reviews on this page as high as possible I genuinely think you would think twice about leaving us this negative review just because you dont like our website. I have checked our system and we have never had any dealings with yourself or even spoken with you which makes your review even more frustrating and injust. If you think our website is "dreadful" like you have stated then fair enough, but it would be much more constructive if you took the time to contact us to actually engage in a conversation which could be helpful rather than just coming on here and leaving this 1* review on a public domain without a real basis to do so. You mention us being "too full of yourselves", again we would much rather have a proper conversation to ascertian why you think this. We are the number 1 Estate Agent in the whole of Thurrock for the amount of properties that have been sold in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 so far. So if we want to shout about that and make the genral public aware of this then we feel we have earnt the right to do so on our own website. We sincerely hope that after reading this, you will consider removing this review as it is so detrimental to our independant business and it ruins the hard work that we put in to our good name. GoogleColubrid are amazing at what they do!! We foolishly went with another estate agent to sell our house, it was on the market with them for 10 weeks with only 5 viewings that we did ourselves. We only saw them when they took the photos, and gave us excuse after excuse why people weren’t looking to buy! I noticed a lot of colubrid boards on houses, and 95% were sold, so we took a chance and went with them. Our house was sold within 9 days!!! They kept us up to date with everything and how many people they had interested in viewing. They certainly know their stuff. I would highly recommend them to whoever is after selling their house. Thank you Josh, Brad and all the team!

GoogleSuch a professional team, organised and managed well. Everyone has their own part in the process. Andrew was great, down to earth, likeable and took great photos of my house. House was on Rightmove almost straight away. Keely rang to check I was okay throughout and even offered to print paperwork. Maya in sales was superb, she told me she’d work so hard to sell the house and she did. Josh was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Once it sold, Rob updated me most days and when he was on holiday, Lisa text and emailed all the way up to moving day, where she then kept chasing solicitors to confirm completion. It was such a stressful process for me, moving house, by myself but the team deserve to be recognised for the amazing job they did. Thank you all so much. Jaime from Hemley Road.
