GooglePerfect service. - Highly recommended. I booked 3 different estate agents for valuations to be done on Wednesday. Colubrid was the only one who contacted me on the day to confirm and check everything was still ok for the appointment. Andrew one of the owner directors came to do the valuation. Andrew gave us more information about the whole process than the other 2 estate agents had. Andrew gave us his valuation and showed us lots of examples of what was on the market and what had sold in our area, again the other estate agents hadn't done that. We agreed with the valuation and signed up with Colubrid there and then. On the Friday afternoon Andrew came back to measure up and take the photos, lots of photos. He said it should be online early next week. On the Tuesday morning I received via email the brochure for the property and it was now online. Through Tuesday I was getting calls from Colubrid confirming viewings. By late Tuesday there were 9 viewings booked and one viewing had already taken place. On the Wednesday morning I accepted an offer for the full asking price WOW. Thank you Andrew and the team for an outstanding service.

Andrew instantly put my mind at ease, taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answer every question I had, no matter how small. He was immaculately presented, incredibly polite, and showed such respect while looking around my home. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Bradley, who was equally fantastic. He took me to view another property and went above and beyond, even staying on the phone to guide me when I got a little lost on the way there! Everyone in the team is so committed from Andrew's initial visit & fantastic photo's to the amazing sales team at Colubrid. A special thanks to Maya & Bradley who are very knowledgeable and helpful both were able to assist with a successful marketing strategy. The offers/ negotiations are in the very capable hands of Josh. I would like to thank and commend Josh for his hard work and dedication in achieving all my goals for my property sale. GoogleI have just finished my journey with colubrid and I can say what a great journey it was there professionalism was second to none they kept me informed about everything that was going on, I was so lucky to of had Luke to help me he was professional attentive and truly dedicated to helping me with all the ups and downs that we went through, what stood out for me with luke was how proactive he was in keeping me in the loop about everything, honestly Luke you were truly an inspiration to me and reassured me that all would be ok, and 💯 it all was now I’m off to my new property and very happy would absolutely recommend Coulbrid to anyone that’s thinking of moving and thank you also to everyone at Coulbrid too for all my viewings and everything absolutely perfect keep up the good work thank you 🤩 😘🥳

GoogleAwful. Avoid. They tried to pressure us into something our solicitor said not to do. And said that the seller would be in their new house and we would lose out...but if we did pull out it would have screwed their sellers. They are only out for money and will try to squeeze every penny out of you, while being useless, rude and arrogant.
