GoogleRob at Colubrid has been amazing! We were the bottom chain and had a real stinker of a top chain and he battled for us the whole way through... he kept me updated the whole way (and no doubt got bored of seeing my name popping up in his inbox). But we got there in the end, and if wasn't for him and our amazing conveyancer I don't think we would've got there. I cannot recommend this place enough!

GoogleFive star service for customer care, customer contact, efficiency and property details. Also, really important to us a family in keeping to the contact wishes and processing all calls etc through myself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was just an off chance walk in to the office last week. I Instantly felt comfortable and at ease to talk with all the staff who were working that day with absolutely no pressure - This point was very important to us as a family and remains so. With the death of my father last November, my 82 year old mother made the decision to embark on the difficult and emotional sale of our family home and downsize to a bungalow to be nearer to myself and the rest of the family. This was explained in the office with the important point that all contact was to be made through myself as mum didn’t want to deal with “all of the calls, paper work and Talking with Estate Agents as you know what they are like” (mums words). The staff said absolutely no problem, all contact would be through me and I would liaise with mum. Andrew Mutlow - Founding Director valued mums property and spent almost 2 hours with her, explaining and clearly answering her questions and ours. Even down to her worrying about people going over her clean carpets in shoes ! Mum felt totally at ease with him and even commented to us about him being a “Lovely man” ! This for us as a family was all we needed. She felt comfortable and safe to hand over the sale of her home to Andrew. He returned a day or so later to do the photos. We asked mum what time did she need us there for this to take place and she said “Dont worry about coming - it’s only Andrew, the same one as the other day”. For us as family this showed us how comfortable and confident she felt to proceed with the sale. The property has sold above the asking price, with block bookings taking place with accompanied viewings. No worry, no stress and true to word, mum still has clean beige carpets ! All contact has been fast, efficient and professional. Jake whom I have spoke with on several occasions has been great. This could have been a lot more difficult for mum, but I would have no hesitation to recommend this company for any family that find themselves in an emotional situation with an elderly, grieving relative. GoogleGreat dealings, I would recommend all day long Colubrid Estate Agents. Great things are for great people, at first I was not convinced but now no other Agents can be compared. My property was rented at the actual rent rate and within a short period of time, kudos. Please however, if you want to rent your property without any hassles, do not hesitate to use Colubrid Estate Agents. The difference is clear.

GoogleFirst class service, in fact better PREMIUM GOLD service from first point of contact. These people know their stuff! Took 14 days from initial contact, signing contract, uploading onto websites & sold. This is stress free selling, the team work with you, no grey areas & honest.... we all like honest when it comes to sales! I highly recommend.

GoogleDidn't have a good start with a couple of employees at this agency as they seem to still need some training on customer service, but I must say the Brach Manager Josh deserves the 5 stars after taking over the role and showing me around. I'm sure service will be improved with him on command. It was a pleasure to meet him at the viewing. Very pleasant person, has all the Managing skills. Thank you Josh !

GoogleWe originally had our home up for sale with Yopa.....big mistake!!!!!! Then we turned to Colubrid. Andrew came round and we found him to friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the very moment we met him. The photos he took were top quality and extremely professional and made the Yopa pics look like comic photos!!!!!!! He advised that he wouldn't have any trouble selling our house and by Saturday we had a open house all set up and sorted and the house sold. We really recommended Andrew and his team at Colubrid. 10/10 from the start to the finish. Do not hesitate to use Colubrid when you're thinking of selling your home.

His communication was clear, constant and always very prompt. I cannot recommend this agency enough. I started the buying process last year with another agency, since dealing with Rob I now know what an agency role is. Rob and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was moved in quickly and smoothly. You can tell that they all work as a team (other members who were also helpful are Josh, Brad, and Maya) Rob was also honest regarding timelines and always managed my expectations incredibly well, always keeping on top of things. GoogleFrom beginning to end Colubrid have been an absolute pleasure. I initially met with Mark and within a few days pictures were taken and my property was live across all platforms. Mark was completely transparent, open and honest and really stood out from other estate agents I also initially met for valuations. Mark really took the time to explain the entire process and was happy to work towards my short asap timeframe. The letting team were great at working around my schedule to arrange viewings and even conducted all viewings for me with efficiency and professionalism due to my work commitments. To my surprise offers came in the very next day, and by the following day I already had an asking offer agreed. Jake has assisted with making my experience with Colubrid as smooth as possible by always being contactable via phone or email. Keeping me updated at every step and really representing positive client services. I honestly can’t recommend Colubrid enough - if you want a stress free, efficient, professional and knowledgeable estate agent look no further. GoogleWhat can I say that everyone I have spoken to and from now my own personal experience is just “WOW” I wished all estate agents were like this. Customer service is above and beyond what you would expect, the staff and management are without a doubt focused on the customer journey and are polite, well mannered and highly professional at all times. Whether you’re buying/selling or renting you really need to speak to these guys and expect nothing but a premier first class experience that others claim to provide but lack.Colubrid Estate Agents are not just in my opinion but many others as well are a cut above the rest.
