GoogleAfter having a bad experience with another Estate Agent, I couldn’t fault Colubrid at all, from the moment we put our house on the market with them, they already remained in contact with us, all the way until completion which all happened within 12 weeks. Wouldn’t use another Estate Agent again.

GoogleWe completed our purchase with Colubrid Chelmsford. They were always very helpful, and really invested in getting us to completion. Josh Morel was particularly helpful in dealing with a challenge that arose and managed to get the whole chain onboard. Without this, I’m not sure we would have been able to complete in time for Christmas, or people may have pulled out! They’re all very professional and have been great. Can’t thank them enough.

GoogleFantastic estate agent to work with. From Andrew at the start with the groundwork/prior knowledge he had that won my business, through to the management of my sale in flight from Rob, these guys smashed it. I have recommended them to the other 20 flats in my block when it comes to selling. Don't do what most people do and jump to your every day high street estate agent. Trust me and give these guys a shot.

GoogleWe sold through Colubrid and cannot thank them enough for support. Josh was very helpful as was Mark but I must say Keely was my go to person. She was amazing, like previously said by others she went above and beyond her job, helping us both in and out of her working hours. She was always available and constantly kept in contact.She became a friend during this time. I cannot thank her enough for all of her support. Thank you Colubrid I certainly recomend this estate agents.

GoogleWe have completed our purchase with Colubrid - Chelmer Village, in June. We are please with the service provided by Joshua & Keely & the effort particularly paid by Joshua is remarkable. The seller had gone through some difficulties during the process and he is able to keep us informed and he offered all necessary support. And now we had successfully finished the purchase, he still helped us to contact the seller for some queries we have brought up. We really appreciate.
