GoogleThe best estate agent we ever come across. Everyone at Clarkes, Paul and his team - Christina, Rhiannon, Chloe and Alex - all extremely professional, experienced, very helpful and super friendly, nothing is ever to much trouble for them. We rented, then recently bought our property through Clarkes. It was a long process due to reasons beyond our control and it would not have been possible without Paul's experience and knowledge. Paul handled the purchase on the most professional way, kept us updated at all the time, he was overly helpful, can't thank him enough! We've been really impressed. GoogleWould give no stars if possible, absolutely awful experience. Despite several calls by me, I was mislead and treated really badly, having lost money through them, I am now seeking legal help to recuperate losses. Awful awful experience

Hi June. I am sorry that you feel that way. Having reviewed your file, I see that you only disclosed part of the relevant information surrounding your financial position to us upon making an application. The full information was established during the referencing process and this resulted in your application being declined. While I understand that you are unhappy about that, I cannot agree that this represents a service issue that reflects badly upon the team people who have been handling your application, or, that it means you have been badly treated. Had you simply advised us of the full situation before hand, the landlord would have have been able to make a decision about it, before you paid your Holding Deposit and you became liable for the abortive costs. GoogleRemarkable support from Paul at Clarke's. This transaction was full of problems, but Paul handled them with tact, patience and diplomacy, along with a good deal of common sense. If you want a service over and above the usual, Clarke's Estates is certainly the place to go.

FacebookSo I want to share my journey with Clarkes…..I was looking to sell a property during a every difficult time for myself and my family, not knowing where to start I used a website to recommend agencies in the area, I contacted the top 3 Clarkes were the first to call following my enquiry One of the directors (Claire Sheppard) actually called personally Extremely knowledgeable about property, sales, development not to mention personable (felt like I had known the years) No pushy sales speech Followed up the call with an email & info Great service Obviously I chose Clarkes!! From the moment of instruction I can not fault them! They were up against needing a quick sale, a tenant who wasn’t accommodating and knowing I wasn’t always available due to personal reasons, Clarkes understanding, flexibility and professionalism was outstanding Their ability to understand their buyers requirements and their vetting process meant we only had viewings from serious buyers (and we weren’t short of interest either) They took detailed feedback from every viewing allowing us to know what was needed for a quick sale, as a result we achieved our goal and had a great offer from a buyer able to proceed extremely fast. Even after the offer was excepted their level of service did not falter due to their knowledge of the offer to completion process and constant follow ups with all parties involved. I have been through the house sale/purchase process over a number of times previously and I really can’t express what a fantastic agent Clarkes is…they go way above and beyond with their service and really are a cut above the rest! If Clarkes are in your area, then I really wouldn’t consider anyone else. The positive experiences is actually endless but I’m not sure this review page would give me enough character spaces to list them all
