GoogleVery BAD Experience! I came all the way from north London to south to se one flat,agent was late for 15 min. and on the end he even forgot that he doesnt have the key for the flat!!! Seriously?!!! On top of that,the picture of the flat on the website and for the flat wasnt the same!! Would recommend this agency never !!!!

GoogleThank you Fatlum Toppalloj at CKB for helping me to move into my new home very quickly! An extra little touch was when he sent a personal thank you card in the post to see if I had settled in well, this was my first letter which was lovely. Wishing CKB every success!

GoogleWere polite and efficient on the phone so initial signs were good. So we went all the way across London after work for a flat viewing. Got to the flat. Found it's above a vaping shop - a total deal breaker as most mortgage lenders won't lend. Listing made no mention of it, no photos showing it. All artfully angled to show only the conventional parts of the building. An honest agent would include this information in a photo or state 'above commercial premises' in the listing. But CKB employed amateurish sleights of hand to bring a heavily pregnant woman across London to a totally unsuitable property. Well done. You wasted everyone's time (we didn't even go inside), you're not trustworthy and we won't be using you again.

GoogleHonest, considerate and professional - recommend to everyone After 31 years in the same place we finally decided to move and engaged CKB Estate. Thankfully they know their trade very well and are taking us successfully through the complexities of selling our place and buying a new place to be near the kids. Their advice is honest and straightforward and after following it we have a firm purchaser after 9 weeks and they are also helping us to negotiate on the house we want to purchase. They have been extremely considerate of us as people (we are quite a bit older) with appropriate advice and our needs when arranging visits for potential buyers. I am glad the CKB Team is on my side - thank you Progress update - we are now suffering from Solicitor'itis ... badly BUT in my biggest troubles CKB have come through again by standing by my side prompting various other parties for actions - THANK YOU

GoogleThe property I rented was with 3 different estate agents. I decided to go ahead with CKB and that was the right decision. Amazing customer service and very quick to respond to any queries. There was some issue with a leak and CKB estate agents were able to get it sorted for me even though the didn't manage the property. Very happy with the service I received.

GoogleTheres a pattern that i see with estate agents these days. They offer you their services selling themselves very well but failing to keep to what they say. CKB they are honestly not like that. They are truly remarkable and do what they say they do. I work with CKB often and everytime i do they never fail to impress! Well Done Guys!!

GoogleCrooked. Run poorly insulated and damp properties for their uncles just so they can take additional agent fees instead of letting privately. Slow to respond to tennant needs and requests. Quick to threaten litigation when simple mistakes are made, for example underpaying by £37.50 when rent went up one month because a direct debit hadn't been amended resulted in a letter warning of an upcoming court summons when a friendly reminder call would have done. Every tennant we have known from beneath us and the property next door has had their entire deposit taken so wave goodbye to that if you take on a lease through them. All properties also had mould hidden behind furniture which they blame on the tennant at the end of the lease. Really not sure how they can possibly have all this positive feedback. But having been privy to some of their other methods over the past 3 years I would not put them past writing some of these themselves. There aren't adjectives for how strongly I suggest you avoid this company.

GoogleI am a very happy tenant for 3 years now in one of CKB Estates property, and I am grateful for all the help I get from Kemal Bicer and Sevda Bicer. They are very informative, always helping out regarding every issues around the contracts, property issues, inspections, possible selections for other providers, explanations for anything rent related and I could go on. I offer CKB Estates to anyone out there, all the help they do give us is just worth all the pennies.
