GoogleI rented a one-bed flat with my partner through CKB for a few months beginning of 2021. Although the staff were generally polite we were unreasonably treated by our landlord and CKB failed to show any understanding. We moved into the new-build property expecting to be able to set-up an internet connection however all providers stated we wouldn't be able to without doing lengthy and costly works. The landlord claimed the property could be connected but offered no proof or support and behaved aggressively when challenged although we were the ones stuck in the situation. CKB absolved themselves of any kind of responsibility and sided with the landlord. Having no access to the internet despite having to work from home (and ramping up costs using wi-fi dongles) we decided to move out. However, we had to pay a fee to end the contract (amounting to 1 months rent). So basically we got messed over, treated like problematic tenants and never received an apology.

GoogleJemma was out letting manager to the one of the property. She was prompt and very clear with all the queries we had at the initial days. Very friendly and soft spoken. She guided us right when we were in doubts. Later we have decided to rent the same property Michelle took over to our case. She was big help to support for all the paper works, she was transparent and cleared all the doubts we had and she made the process smooth till we moved in. So happy for these 2 wonder women. Who helped us to get the house we liked. The whole process has been very smooth and organised. Thanks to CKB team

GoogleFast / Reliable and Extremely helpful , I must say never had such Excellent customer service being a tenant. We been with CKB from October 2018. Never had a single problem with them. Kemal Bicer is always been very helpful and very Proffesional to us , we are very fortunate to have Kemal as our property manager.

GoogleGreat service from Cengiz selling our property. Was a bit of a mare with quite a drawn out process with the buyer and some unexpected setbacks but Cengiz worked hard throughout the process to make sure we went ahead and went above and beyond to help move the sale along.

GoogleAfter a terrible experience with another agency I was nervous about starting the process of selling my flat but Cengiz was knowledgeable and very patient throughout. CKB were quick to find a buyer even in the midst of the pandemic, and kept us informed along the entire journey until completion. The sale was not straight forward, due to issues with cladding and also a change in management company at the final hour. During these times Cengiz wasn’t phased and went above and beyond to push the sale forward - something I doubt that other agents would have continued with with such drive. GoogleI have recently moved in to a property managed by CKB and dealt with at least 3 different people so far on different occasions. I have always had a fast and satisfactory response to my problems/requests. After reporting some maintenance concerns, I had someone sent to my house in less than 1hr after I called(literally!) I also had to contact them as an emergency during the weekend (alarm triggered) and they managed to resolve this within minutes over the phone. I can’t speak on behalf of others but so far, from my experience, I would highly recommend CKB.
