GoogleThroughout this process, Jemma has been both professional and friendly. She's helped me find a better place than I was considering, at a better price. She builds a great rapport, and has a good sense for who people are and what they need.

GoogleI have arranged to meet Jack to view the flat. Unfortunately I went late and the meet had postponed to the next day. Jack was extremely understanding. Later Michelle helped a lot to complete the whole process. Michelle called many times answered all my questions patiently and guiding me through the whole process in detailed. I was in other country while doing all the process and credits checks Michelle completed all my process virtually. I appreciate all her efforts and thank you Michelle for this. I fully recommend CKB Estate Agents for finding a new property :)

GoogleI have been Overwhelmed by the Help given to by Jack at the Eltham Branch in finding a suitable rent for me. I feel he has gone beyond the scope to given me the best possible options in patience and help whilst I'm working a full time Job. I have found this type of Service really refreshing in such a difficult time. He has been Highly Professional while being Very Friendly and Polite. Without Question I would Recommend him and CKB Estate agents.

GoogleBeen with them for about a month now and it's not been without its hickups. The experience has been alright. They're friendly mostly, but my main issue is to do with communication. Jack has always been pretty helpful.
