GoogleWe chose CKB to sell our property, Andy & Jemma was supporting us with the sale. Both are very professional very kind and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Always listened to us and our requirements before allowing viewers into our property. Honestly, i can’t fault them both and the service they provided us. Jemma did the majority of our viewings, she was always happy and so enthusiastic (my 1yo loved her!) Thanks for all your time and effort in finding us a buyer. My husband spoke with Cengiz quite frequently too, who always made time for him and was happy to help. The second point I’d like to make is actually about a fake review below left approx. a week ago. In their review they refer to the seller as having “no clear intentions to sell”. Well, that seller is my husband and I, and believe me we had all the intentions to sell our property. We naively packed over Christmas as we were given an exchange date of 10.01.22 and really did not expect any issues. Our buyers sent us an email on the date we were supposed to be exchanging contracts asking for a £20,000 price reduction (which later on that day they reduced it to £15,000 - very kind of them!). Of course, as a result of their actions the entire chain collapsed, and they caused a massive inconvenience to everyone involved. Yes, the individual who had the audacity to leave the 1* review was absolutely right, we all lost money on searches, solicitor fees and a private survey. Nonetheless, CKB was fantastic once again and found us a new buyer within a few days. Thanks CKB

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience of my life with a letting agency. I would strongly suggest using literally any other letting agency in London, do not waste your time here. I'm afraid that I am unable to locate your details on our database to investigate into the matter and help resolve the issues you have been experiencing with our services. Edit: Further to your edited reply we have now looked into the matter further and located the property in relation to your complaint. You are correct, you did loge a formal complaint against our agency through the property ombudsman despite advising you numerous times that the decision by the existing Tenant to refuse to vacate the property on the agreed date was completely out of our hands. As you have referred to your "formal" complaint it is also worth mentioning that The Property Ombudsman, after reviewing the both sides, decided to closed the case and take no further action as our actions were deemed reasonable, fair and the decision by the Tenant not to vacate the property on the date originally agreed was, once again, out of our control. As we have advised plenty of times, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you however we too spent plenty of time, resources and accumulated costs with relation to preparing the administrative tasks in readiness for your Tenancy which did not materialize.

GoogleTerrible Estate Agents, Failed to give information, in regards to landlord accepting Children. Yet we drove over 200miles to view a the property. This should of been pointed out before make the trip. My partner and I felt undermined. False hope and Time wasters!!! Stay Away!!!

We completely appreciate your frustration and can only apologise on behalf of our landlord his decision not to accept children. We have escolated this with him further and the reason for his decision is that he feels the property is not suitable to accomodate children from a safety perspective (steep stairs and glass balconies surrounding the roof terrace). We were not aware that the landlord did not want to accept children in the property and was only informed of this decision at the point of relaying your offer to him. Again I completely understand your frustration and would like to welcome you to call our office to discuss the matter further with our manager who would like to offer to contribute toward any costs associated for your wasted trip. Apologies once again and we wish you the best with your property search.

GoogleMy wife and I have moved in the past month to one of this agency's property and it's completely unacceptable how the property was left for us to move in and how the agency is (not) responding. We've been waiting to have the broken and unusable furniture removed from our flat for 3 weeks. They said "professional cleaning" will be done prior to our move, but... grimy appliances, we got loads of dust/dirt bags off the carpets and even the mattress. Mould on curtains, rubbish left at the property, fixtures fallen off the walls, shower broken. We have even discovered a moth infestation as carpet is eaten off and found loads of moths in the flat. Been said loads of times "we'll get it sorted next day", "X will call you by the end of the day to fix this asap". We have even proposed to fix ourselves some of the problems in the flat and get reimbursed for that (since it was their job to leave the flat in good working order). The property was overall left to us filthy. At this point I wonder if they even care, besides the money of course.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

She kindly rearranged our appointment for another time as well as going to lengths to find properties that are specific to my particular requirements. A very personal and thoughtful service.
