GoogleThe Agency had a quick response to our message. Arranged a viewing the next day. Agent Jemma met us at the property, showed us around and seemed very motivated to help us. Which she did help with explaining all the steps to go through. Within 2-3 days we put an offer together - landlord agreed and we started a reference check process. Thank You Jemma!

GoogleJemma was a great help, finding a new place was no trouble with Jemma. As an international student, I understand the difficulties with finding a new house. I would highly recommend her.

GoogleI went for a view of a house listed by CKB in Orpington, I live up near Manchester. The viewing went fine and the lady showing me round was very nice. Unfortunately, post viewing I received no more contact from CKB, even though I was interested in placing an offer on the property. I sent multiple emails to different emails and heard nothing back. I believe it is because someone else had their offer accepted. It would be polite and professional to inform any other interested parties of the situation. This was rather disappointing, especially since I travelled all the way from Manchester to South London, a waste of my day and money.

GoogleJemma has been amazing to work with from day 1 of CKB’s engagement. My situation was very challenging at times, but Jemma went over and above to ensure the house was presentable and succeeded in securing a buyer for my Parent’s property. She is a true professional and communicated updates every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough and highly recommend Jemma and CKB for their outstanding service.

GoogleJemma was so helpful in helping me find our first family home. Being my first rental I didn’t know what to expect but she made the experience so easy to understand and was super helpful in the viewing. All around it was a pleasure to have Jemma help me through this process and thanks to her I have now found our perfect family home!! Thanks so much!

GoogleI personally have had good dealings with CKB Estate Agents in the Eltham Branch they are a great bunch of people to deal with. The are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They have potentially found me a flat to rent. They are just waiting for reference checks etc. If I had a flat or house to sell, i would use CKB any day! A big shout out to Cengiz, Jemma, Andy and Jodie. If they had any job vacancies, I would work there in a heart beat.

GoogleWe can not thank CKB enough for their help throughout our property sale. From beginning to end Cengiz and his team were courteous, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout. We first met with Andy to appraise our property and set up the listing, he was very friendly and knowledgable and made this part of the process easy and enjoyable. Once we accepted an offer, our case was handled by Sophie and Sharn who both worked tirelessly to ensure we were kept informed at every step of the way and that everything was progressing as it should and helping with any hurdles along the way. They're an asset to CKB and were on hand via phone or email whenever we needed them. Every member of the CKB team handled their part of the process brilliantly, and we would definitely recommend and use them again for future property sales.
