GoogleI’ve been renting in Aire Lofts for a number of months now, and can’t fault the experience I’ve had here. The apartments are built like nothing else in Leeds city centre - great quality, sustainable, and design at the forefront. There’s a great community aspect too which is very important to me. GoogleGreat service all round! Especially Sharan was exceptional in her approach and attitude. I wasn’t even the buyer but as a parter I was treated with the same respect and consideration. From the first viewing in June to the completion (on the eventually different property) in December, she made us both feel looked after and her flexibility of offering different options ended up in my partner getting a beautiful new home! I would recommend Citu if you want to choose a place that offers sustainability, community and outstanding service!

GoogleI have recently completed on an apartment with CITU. My experience with Sharan and CITU has been pleasant. Sharan is professional, approachable and lovely and has provided excellent service from day one. On boarding with Andy has been great. Looking forward to moving into this lovely community.

GoogleI’d give 10 stars if I could. Myself and my boyfriend called 4 days ago to book a viewing to explore our options in buying a property through citu in the new kelham complex. Today we walked away armed with knowledge and a perfect image of our (possible) future within one of these amazing houses. The only reason being Emily S who was incredible and went above and beyond at every opportunity they could. Thank you so much, we hope to see you very soon to start our futures with Emily and Citu helping us along the way!!

GoogleMy interactions with Citu have been pleasant. Their team is very professional and understand what we actually need. Sharan Dillion has been absolutely great !! She is very patient and explains a lot so we have all the information. For now, we are tenants here but we absolutely love the place. The community is in a very nice location , with lots of greenery around and river in front of it.

GoogleThe people at CITU have been professional, helpful and supportive throughout all our dealings with them! We wanted to look at something slightly different to plan and the team supported us with our request and bent over backwards to help us, whilst giving us great input and guidance in some of our decision making. The leadership team are amazing, Lucy is amazing and the experience they've given us throughout has been some of the best we've experienced in a house purchase capacity. The ethos and values of CITU chimed exactly with our own and we always encountered people with a true passion and belief in what they are doing and delivering!! Well done! I would highly recommend anyone to take a look and their vision....

GoogleCharlie was very informative showing us around the show room, and went the extra mile as we wasn’t aware that the showroom wasn’t open between Monday and Friday, but he took his time to show us anyway. Really good experience and insight into their development which is a fantastic idea.

Google5 star service throughout our brief experience. From initial contact, to answering our many questions and aiding us in deciding whether the properties were right for us or not, Emily Smallman at Citu UK has been nothing short of amazing. Approachable, friendly, nothing ever too much trouble, and also knowledgeable in Citu as a development. Whilst not right for us currently we have no reserves about Citu as a company and certainly not about Emily. Anyone who finds themselves with her as their appointed sales person will certainly have a great experience.

GoogleEveryone I’ve corresponded with at Citu has been great! Whether Nina and Abigail over email and phone, or Sharan while viewing a flat, everyone has been super helpful, enthusiastic, and open to questions. I’ve never felt like I was being sold to, just chatting with people that genuinely cared about the sustainable, inclusive, community-focused places Citu is building. Having been to the Climate Innovation District for two viewings, it feels like there’s a genuine friendly relationship between the Citu staff and residents. All in all, couldn’t recommend highly enough! The folks at Citu are a wonderful reflection of the communities of their residents.

GoogleWe've been living at Aire Lofts for nearly two months now and absolutely love it, still get such a great feeling walking back to the development everyday. Excited to watch how the landscaping progresses even more each year - ps. Piglove is brilliant. Nina was really helpful throughout the purchase and Andy has been very welcoming since we've moved in!

Right from the first interactions with Lucy and Nina, who put up with the many questions I had before making the final decision to reserve and right through to completion they literally went above and beyond. Also Andy, super thorough during the onboarding process.
