GoogleAfter doing lots of research and spending lots of time at Citu Leeds we reserved our new home in June 2024. Nina, Sharan and Andy have been really helpful and went above and beyond to respond to queries we raised. They were so supportive and patient when our chain proved challenging. We love our new home, with its friendly and diverse community. All within walking distance of the shops, theatre and restaurants of Leeds city centre. So glad we made the move and grateful for the support of the Citu team.

GoogleLoved seeing Citu’s climate district over the weekend. I work I Scandinavia a lot and it great to see a lot of the same principles being delivered here in Leeds. Taking a stroll down from the city centre was quick and peaceful and Piglove was a great spot for a riverside beer.

GoogleTake a trip to LS11 and the Greenhouse development on Beeston Road, Leeds, to see what a Citu development looks like 10 + years later - when the awards are rusting on the shelf. It’s a disgrace and nowhere near the vision as originally set out. Huge bills, antisocial behaviour, poorly maintained facilities. Let it be a warning.

Thank you for leaving your review. This building was completed by Greenhouse (Leeds) Ltd in 2010. The freehold was sold in 2012 to a company called Ground Rent Investment Fund (GRIF) who are a PLC investment company specialising in owning and operating multi-tenanted buildings. Since 2012 GRIF have been responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the building. Since 2014 all of Citu’s developments now work on the basis of the ownership being transferred to a Community Interest Company that is wholly owned by the residents of the development. This model ensures that there is alignment between the occupiers and the freeholder and gives them full control on maintenance and long-term improvements, from the completion of the development. GoogleI’d give 10 stars if I could. Myself and my boyfriend called 4 days ago to book a viewing to explore our options in buying a property through citu in the new kelham complex. Today we walked away armed with knowledge and a perfect image of our (possible) future within one of these amazing houses. The only reason being Emily S who was incredible and went above and beyond at every opportunity they could. Thank you so much, we hope to see you very soon to start our futures with Emily and Citu helping us along the way!!
