GoogleMaddie from Circa was wonderful and helpful throughout the process - coordinating with the landlord, communicating clearly on key timelines, ensuring logistics of check in/check out/move in went smoothly. Katie who handles the post-move in management has also been great! Highly recommended.

GoogleI have rented two apartments through Circa London. Robby Ellis was my agent for both searches. I have two dogs, so was expecting the whole process to be a little harder than normal. With Robby this wasn’t the case.As expected, many landlords wouldn’t allow pets, but Robby had already prepared a list of alternatives that did accept pets. Robby doesn’t waste your time showing you unsuitable options. I was looking for a modern and pristine luxury flat, and assumed I was in for a slow and painful search, due to less options being available to me. This wasn’t the case at all. Robby made the process so easy, he’s a master communicator and negotiator. He found me wonderful homes - twice! Robby updates you regularly, so you’re never left in the lurch. Both searches took only a matter of days from start to finish. Robby made both flat searches quick, easy and seamless. I’ll always recommend him and the team at Circa London to anyone looking for a place to live. Outside of the flat searches, Robby also helped me on other matters too. I needed help with paperwork relating to my tenancy, to supply to the British Government as part of a visa sponsorship. There were many different things required (specific wording etc) which made the task quite tedious, but Robby was so helpful and patient, even though he didn’t need to be - as technically his work was done once he had found me the flat. His help was a godsend and much appreciated. A great agent and a great person. I won’t use anyone else!

GoogleI had the misfortune of dealing with Robby Ellis, the lettings manager at Circa today. We had a meeting at 5pm for a viewing which he simply did not show up for. I called him at 5pm exactly as he hadn’t shown at the property at the agreed time like all other decent estate agents would. I had left work early to make sure I would arrive on time. I even got a confirmation email from him in the morning to confirm our appointment. I am a reasonable person,and would completely understand if there was an emergency that prevented him from letting me know beforehand that our appointment needed to be cancelled. Robby, has no integrity whatsoever, he decided to insult my intelligence by lying to me that the Landlord had just cancelled the viewing 5 minutes prior so he couldn’t make it. Any decent human being would apologise if they were to waste your time by not showing up for an appointment. But not here at Circa, this is how the lettings manager himself chooses to treat their customers, so I fear to think how the junior staff deal with others. Utterly disgraceful! I would highly recommend you do not waste your time dealing with Circa London. Or at the very least, make sure it’s not Robby Ellis dealing with you. All the best!

I have been in contact with Megan on the letting of a flat and found her to be knowledgeable, pro active, helpful and incredibly warm throughout the process. Way better than the competition!

GoogleI have worked with the team at Circa on a number of different residential lettings in the Southwark area and can confirm that I have always found them to be efficient and helpful in all aspects of the process. I have experienced particularly good service from Robby and Kasia who are always customer focused and ensure that the needs of both the landlord and the tenants are met whenever they are managing one of our properties. Well done and thank you to the whole team.

GoogleI had a great experience with Circa London. Megan especially was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I was submitting the required paper work prior to moving in. With their help, I was able to find a great apartment in London in a matter of days and the moving in/moving out process was smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend this agency!

GoogleBooked in a viewing for 17:30, asked for a number and was told the office would be open until 18:30. Went to the property as agreed and waited 15 minutes, nobody turned up, no one from the office picked up the call either. Nothing at all. Thanks for wasting my time. This is why I avoid small agents, no care at all. Cheers! *update* got a call from a very rude lady 20 minutes after who asked me if I was still going to the viewing. Informed her I waited and nobody called me so I was on my way home... and they hung up the phone! Great customer service well done to you;)

Reply to a unstable looser Mr Green I have tried to genuinely to help you as I thought you were a gentleman.I felt you had kept your word as you promised and the least I could do was help you in your request. I find your recent email not only insulting but it proves the fact that you are NOT a gentleman and goes to show that you are a total lunatic that was evicted by your landlord for your severe rent arrears and your abusive and offensive mad emails to her. Our business with you is now complete.Do not ever contact me,this office or any of our staff again.We are not interested in your mad ranting and idiotic crass behaviour.Do not bother us again little man.

GoogleThe worst property consultants that I have ever experienced. Unprofessional, unethical and unapologetic. I booked a viewing at 6 for a property in barking, got a call from the agent confirming the same. Reached the location at dot 6, give constant calls to the agent but no one picks. Left messages on AM but no return calls or even a simple email stating reasons for such behaviour. Won't recommend such horrendous service, basically time wasters to anyone. Please avoid them at any cost since agents like this will usually have similar properties.

GoogleSean was excellent we rented for only six months as we were planning to buy our own house. Due to some delay in paper work I extended for couple more weeks as our tenancy agreement was coming to end Both Sean and Sabriye understood our situation and they were very helpful. I would recommend to my friends. Cheers guys

GoogleOur experience with Circa was fantastic, and the best I’ve had in London. In particular, their team member Thomas Jeeves was superb. Out of all the agents we spoke to, he was the only one who pro-actively searched for a property that suited our needs, which he made the effort to understand more clearly each time he met us. Unlike the others, he was engaged and cared. If you’re looking for a property in SE1 and the surrounding area, go see Circa and Thomas Jeeves.

GoogleRented a property via Circa Residential Property for many years and found them to be affective and efficient. Any problems I had were dealt with prompt by Sabriye Boldizsar. I would recommend this agent to anyone.

GoogleI have been renting a property through Circa for over a year now. Both Sean and Sabriye have always been extremely helpful and responsive whenever I have had to contact them about any small maintenance or repair issues (which I'm happy to say has been a very infrequent occurrence). I would happily recommend Circa as a letting agent .

GoogleEmails were exchanged with Sean Thomas, Lettings Manager. A viewing was arranged for Saturday 10th August 2013 at 13:00. Nobody from Circa arrived between 12:45 and 13:30. No call, no email. Two calls to their office were not answered or returned. One email to Sean Thomas was not responded to. Would not recommend.
