I couldn’t have asked for a better agency to work with for my new flat. From the very first viewing through to move in, Walid was very eager to help me find something that matched my needs, he would always promptly reply to any questions or concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was ironed out before I moved in. His colleague Marissa, was also very efficient in sending the necessary documentation and carrying out the right to rent check. It has been a pleasure to get to know the Circa London team and as per my experience they are far better than JLL. Having moved flats 9 times in London alone, I must say Circa provided the best experience throughout the process. From arranging the viewing to moving in, Carina really took the stress away out of the entire process. We knew nothing about Circa Residential Property Agency until two months ago. But, we can recomand it after our experience now. Sean Thomas, the sales and lettings manager, had provided a very good and professional service during the rent process from the first question to the hand over the house's keys. He is serious and punctual, replying quickly to the e-mails and explaining to us everything where we needed extra information. It was a great experience working with him, especially in this pandemic time.
