GoogleI had Rocio Herbera De La Ballina as my Property Manager and had an amazing experience!! Highly recommend working with their agency from this experience. Rocio was able to help me with any issues that came up during my rent and did so in a really timely matter. She was always available for emergencies and really took care of me and made me feel very at home. I will miss having her as my property manager and hope to get to work with her again in the future.

Though we have had some ups and down during covid, by and large they have always been very professional and always ensuring their landlord’s interest are protected. GoogleI’ve been with this agency last 3 years and they are very good. As a customer, they understand your wishes and direct them accordingly, and they are very helpful. Would happily recommend, I was looking to rent a property during one of London's highest periods of demand - other agents were not answering calls, missing appointments etc. In my case went from a viewing, to move in date confirmed in a matter of days - appreciate it Megan, Marissa, Robby and team!

GoogleI had a wonderful experience renting a flat from Carina at Circa London, with the service being friendly, efficient and honest. The condition of the furnishings and the flat itself was fully faithful to the one shown in the advertisement, which was an absolutely positive experience compared to some other agencies' practice. As an EU citizen who just recently moved to the UK I especially appreciated the helpful and professional approach of Carina and Marissa, which resulted in me moving in to a flat that perfectly fit my preferences in a matter of days. update 14/06/2022: after renting the flat for over a year and a half and renegotiating an extension I can only reaffirm what I've previously said about the high quality of professionalism of Circa London. GoogleThanks very much Carina and Circa for an excellent experience renting our flat! We first met Carina looking at another flat, she noted what we were looking for and kept in touch when our perfect flat came onto the market! Dealing with Carina has been a really pleasant, easy experience and wildly in contrast to renting with other London agencies, where you’re never really sure what the truth is… I would definitely recommend renting through Circa and although we’ve only recently started liaising with the property management team - all good there as well!

I had the added stress of moving from abroad but Riley was extremely helpful in finding the perfect flat in the area I wanted--keeping me updated when properties that fit what I was looking for came onto the market. All messages and phone calls were promptly answered and all communications were clear and professional. I will recommend Circa to others in the future--above and beyond the best experience I had in working with any other estate agents in London.
