GoogleIt was lovely being Cinch customer. Rob and Dylan were helpful with moving in. Recently Drew has been helpful. Clean storage area for domestic and student storage. Well lit with decent opening hours for access. Left because pricing was competitive after initial 6 months.

GoogleIf you LOVE mice and pigeons living with you precious items come here! in Within a few weeks of moving my stock in there, the room was invaded by pigeons which I reported. Nothing was done until they nested and proceeded too poo over everything. Then they moved me, but because the place was running alive with mice over the entire ground floor, so they could not put me anywhere there as they were literally over-run by them, saw them on several occasions, I was relocated to the first floor next to stairs to exit when I'm a woman selling large items of furniture stored there, so use stairs or walk around the whole store to load in or out. They organised cleaning all the pigeon poo off of my items for sale, after which as I moved furniture around found deep scratches, placed under heavy furniture so I didnt see them for months, then too late to claim on insurance. Staff tried their best but the area management who attended to such matters took weeks to resolve a very, nasty, unhealthy situation and I recieved no compensation at all. AWFUL.
