GoogleGot to say that Sally is the most helpful and happy person I've ever spoken to about storage. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A joy to speak to. I'll probably need storage and I'll look forward to speaking to Sally again.

GoogleFriendly service but somewhat unprofessional for the price. When it came to moving out, they had mixed up the storage unit numbers and gave the wrong unit number to both myself and the removal people. We then had to do a video call whereby I walked them through the premises to the unit. They also had to request access to the unit previously during renovation works, thereby exposing the contents of my unit (all personal in nature), without my being there, to external contractors.

Hi Andy, Thank you for your feedback. Having undergone an extensive works to the facility to improve both the availability of units and security, a lot of room numbers were changed and we apologise for any confusion there. We also required access to some units which weren't individually alarmed, of which yours was one of them. A trusted electrician added this feature very quickly and added that extra layer of security to your unit. We apologise again for the inconveniences caused. Best Wishes, Cinch Storage

GoogleI used this unit to store our belongings when moving house. Location was inside industrial estate with free parking- very ideal and private, enough space for our Luton van. Our unit was spacious and clean, plenty of trolleys and cages to move heavy things. Aziz helped to locate and get us started - friendly guy! We also had to extend our storage because we needed an extra couple of days but the team were happy to give us a refund of the remaining days because we had only used a few days of the month. Toilet facilities during opening hours as well (helpful on long journeys!) Would highly recommend. Thank you Aziz/storage king.

GoogleFrom the very outset, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They helped to find the best solution for my storage requirements, showing me a variety of options to find what best suited me. The unit I chose was the smallest, but ample for my needs and competitively priced. Secure, clean and easily accessible. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend.
