Needed local storage at short notice and was referred to by a friend. From talking to Rebecca on chat at around 11pm for quotes to being looked after by Jo the following day a who was very accommodating showing me several sized rooms to confirm suitability and explaining the full access and exit procedure. No Rush. Signed contract with Simon next morning and promptly moved my stuff in. Recommend this facility which is very clean, well lit and felt really safe to be in. Also because it’s supported by a friendly customer service team. Well done.

From start to finish, the booking process was simple and friendly. There were no hidden fees, all details on costs were detailed on the phone and emailed across at every interval. Insurance was offered through Cinch themselves, very fairly priced for different storage values and really simple to add on when booking. Andriana was honestly so, so friendly and cheerful on the phone. Very clear with the costs for various size storage rooms and wasn't too pushy with the quotes/booking, helping find some availability across the branches for the size. The booking deposit was taken over the phone and emails of all the details were sent, then a couple of days later a call to confirm I was still happy to go ahead. The handover from my initial query at Enfield, handed to the Brentwood team. Communication must have been excellent as it was all smooth from the get go. On the check-in day, Owen was there to greet me and arrange the final paperwork. He was an amazing help through the whole process. I came unprepared for my first self-storage experience and needing to hunt for proof of address/ID etc. but he was unbelievably patient and friendly. He walked me to the designated container, and through every step to get in and out of the building safely, before taking any final payments - making security codes, how to unload, checking I got up okay with my codes etc. So so attentive and helpful. Making a self storage process easy for anyone! Trolleys are provided/included just inside the building which was a massive help! Big lifts to all floors, all secured with personalised codes. The reception is well stocked with things to help store things and padlocks which I didn't think to bring! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Honestly so so happy with the whole service, costs and security for my belongings 😀
