I have been looking for over a year for a storage unit, however found nothing that suited my needs against cost, then I met Aaron the manager from cintch storage watford, he sorted out and went beyond to arrange a unit for myself. Top bloke !! Also not to forget Harriet whom has been very helpful and friendly in showing me units on my 1st visit on site. Highly recommended!!!

Left a message, my call was returned promptly, I then went to the facility they showed me around the units & allowed me to rent a storage unit and use it as their "1st customer before they were officially open" because I was desperate for a space, that is fantastic customer service! GoogleSo very impressed with the service at Cinch. I’d thoroughly recommend them. Prices are incredibly competitive, it’s a brand new facility and everything is pristine. Aaron managed our booking from initial enquiry to contract signing, I can only describe his service as unparalleled. We’ve had a very stressful move, but he made the storage aspect so easy, no pressure, no badgering - he just sorted out everything, giving us our choices and instead of using it as a revenue opportunity, gave us a price that nobody else came even close to. He went over and above at everything, even bringing us and our removals crew bottles of chilled water while we moved in. We’ve met 3 of the team here and he’s not the exception, they’ve all been brilliant.

Most competitively priced, safe and secure, and all the units are easily accessible with a variety of sizes. GoogleSo friendly, engaging & helpful every time I come to my units here it reminds me of vising family or a dear friend so welcoming are the Cinch staff. Excellent, courteous & Professional service. Gosia is an absolute star and a credit to Cinch. Previously stored with both big yellow (awful) & Storagemart (average) but CINCH are a different outfit all together combined with Excellent value for money. Being in the Horse racing industry I had no hesitation in taking a further unit with them at their New Newbury premises. Excellent in everyway 5*
