GoogleHaving recently transferred to Cinch from another storage company based in Balham, I've been extremely impressed with the whole experience. Robin & Francis ensured the entire process was seamless, including the use of their van to facilitate the move. I've actually ended up with a slightly bigger unit whilst paying less than I was previously in Balham. The facilities are clean, smart and of course secure, above all the the customer service has been first class! Big shout out and thanks to both Robin and Francis, my only regret is that I wish I'd made the move earlier!

GoogleBeen a customer of Cinch Letchworth for over 3 years now and have always had a very good experience. Lauren, Zac and the other staff are very friendly and helpful. The flexibility to pay monthly or 6-monthly is also very useful, plus after-hours access is a huge bonus for me with the kind of items I store at the unit. I've also had many large, bulky, and expensive parcels delivered here safely with no issues. I have no hesitiation in recommending Cinch Letchworth if you're looking for storage big or small.

GoogleMy mother received the most courteous and professional service from both Leah and Lauren. I loved how warm; friendly and informative they were. It’s always a daunting task seeking the best self storage unit to secure your most prized…. But these two gems made our decision REAL easy… great prices- great service secure units…. Couldn’t ask for more….
