GoogleHad the pleasure of getting storage with the help of Daniel, Jake and Matesh today. I was looking for storage this morning and came across Cinch storage. I was able to get my sofa fully moved in within 30 minutes of my search. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive considering i had a tight timeframe. The customer service was amazing, and prices were unmatched. I would 100% recommend.

GoogleAmazing storage company, I've used constantly for over a year now, they offer the best rates and best customer service. I have used many other companies and this is by far the best. Andriana in Brentwood is amazing and Jake is fantastic! Thanks guys for always giving me the best service!

GoogleWell organised and very clean. However the double fire exit doors at the side, one of them is locked, which might be a problem in an emergency.

GoogleI recently used Cinch Storage in Watford and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The facilities are top-notch with amazing security, giving me complete peace of mind about storing my belongings. Godwin, the branch manager, was incredibly professional and helpful, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Yousef also went above and beyond to assist with all my needs. Plus, they offer some fantastic deals that made it very affordable. Highly recommend Cinch Storage Watford for anyone in need of secure and reliable storage solutions!

GoogleGreat service!!! Godwin was great on the phone. I’m new to Storage and he explained everything answered all my questions and went into detail (unlike other store giving very brief and lack-lustre responses) I got great deal on two units and i am hundred percent sure i have chosen the right store. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI was marvellously looked after by staff called David and Rob. I just popped in to buy some cardboard boxes and was promptly greeted and in a marvellous way I ended up renting a storage unit because of this above-average service. I would like to thank both David and Rob for solving my problem. very satisfied thank you

GoogleRecently hired out a unit from Cinch Storage in Brentwood. From the start the communication was fantastic and everything was explained to me in detail about finding the best unit size for me. Had a great 12 weeks discount which was a great help for me due to being on basic maternity pay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Jake has always been great at answering my questions and responding in a quick and timely manner. I 100% recommend them as a place to store all your excess items, funiture or other possessions that you no longer have space for.
