GoogleDefinitely recommend Cinch! Frazer has been fantastic! Everything clearly explained, very helpful and understanding. He made suggestions and recommendations without me feeling at all pressured into committing there and then. Premises are very clean and secure

GoogleVery helpful team at Cinch. I needed to move in out of hours on a Sunday, and they registered me ahead of time and gave me the access code so I could just sort everything on the day. The units are clean, the trolleys all work, and the lift is big enough to fit 3 trolleys. Frazer & Nijole went out of their way to help me and make everything smooth! 5 stars. Nice to deal with a company where you can talk to a real person on the phone

GoogleGreat experience moving into Cinch Self Storage Earlsfield recently. They provided a courtesy van for use in shifting stuff into the unit, and the manager (Frances) stayed an extra 20 minutes after closing so that I could finish up. Very clean inside, feels very secure. All good so far. Thank you Cinch!

GoogleI had an exceptional experience with Cinch Storage at Mitcham . The quality of service was top-notch from start to finish. The storage units were impeccably clean and in excellent condition, providing me with peace of mind that my belongings were safe and secure. The security measures in place are impressive, with 24/7 surveillance and secure access codes, which made me feel confident about the safety of my items. The customer service team was friendly, helpful, Pricing was very reasonable for the high level of service provided, and I appreciated the transparency with no hidden fees. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend.
