GoogleDealt with Frazer who provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions beforehand in an email and then was extremely helpful in person. A pleasure to deal with and what made me decide to go with Cinch over other competitors.

GoogleI received excellent, friendly and professional service from David. From the moment I walked into reception I felt safe and welcomed. David was transparent and clear about what Cinch could offer me and recommended the perfect size storage unit for my belongings, which also matched what I could afford. I can't recommend Cinch enough (particularly the Mitcham branch). Thank you David for making the whole process so positive, quick and easy.

GoogleI have been with Cinch store since they took over the Letchworth (as it was called previously, Secure Store). As always, you're a little bit sceptical when another company takes over your account. They have improved the facility/security immensely and I find the ladies on the desk so helpful in particular, Molly. My unit is easily accessible and they offer very good rates. would 100% recommend Cinch storage (Letchworth) to anyone, in fact I have plenty of times :o)
