GoogleAfter just completing my first year at Cinch Letchworth I called in to the office to update my paperwork and had a lovely chat with Mollie and have now signed up for a long term rental on a larger space. The transaction was very simple and have now greatly improved my space. So very glad I called in and thank you Mollie fort making my day

GoogleThe staff were excellent, they helped me move in and were in hand to assist me when I needed. The units are clean and secure. Access was great too. I highly recommend this for extra space or like me when you are having building work in the home. I will definitely use this again.

GoogleAn excellent experience. Mollie was fantastic and explained everything clearly. I wish more customer-facing staff were like this. It was quick and easy as well as enjoyable. Taking an interest in your customers and having a conversation is the perfect way to conduct a business transaction!

GoogleI have used Cinch for 12 weeks now and have downgraded to a smaller unit as I am a poor judge of space and did not need as much room. Things I like about Cinch include : Good parking Trolleys at the door Individualised keypad entry CLEAN rooms. I hate spiders and haven’t been freaked out yet :) Clearly marked storage rooms. Well lit Super helpful staff (esp Mollie who is lovely) Storage essentials to buy - boxes, padlocks, wrapping etc. 7 days a week access. Excellent CCTV coverage Toilets and rest room. Highly recommended 👍
