GoogleVery disappointed with the service at cinch storage unit in Brentwood we have been renting there for the past three years very happy with John and Mark that worked there for a long time. They are old staff but 7 to 8 months ago a lady called Maddie moved in and has made it miserable for us to be renting. We are now moving out because of Maddie’s actions we had four units in total and we are now in the progress of emptying them because of Maddie’s actions A problem which me and my husband were fixing we explained it to her and she would not let us talk. She did not want us to be using the customer trolleys which as we taught were for all customers but according to Maddie they’re not she came down screaming at me and my husband when we were taking our stuff out of our unit to put in a van she worked very unprofessionally screaming in front of my 12 year-old daughter. To add to the embarrassment was that she started coming out with filthy language in front of my 12-year-old daughter on the way back up to her office she was still screaming and my daughter was petrified because of it absolutely disgusted with how she handled the problem she had with us she would not let us speak. She would not let us tell her how we were sorting things out that it would be no more problem with us taken the stuff into the hall. We were sorting our stuff out filling our van and we were sorting out our unit. She was not here telling of it after over three years. I’ve been renting in the same unit. I am very very disappointed with Maddie. We have friends who are also renting and have now decided to leave. I would not encourage anyone to rent a cinch. She does not stay in the office. She comes down to your unit and makes your life a living hell. Can’t believe that somebody like this can work in an office and still say that she is doing her job when all she don’t was embarrass herself in front of me and my husband and also will never get over what she started saying in front of my little girl, we were very good customers always keeping 4 to 5 big units at one time for our business but she is now the cause of that being given back to since also if you ever have friends are giving up two of their units she was not two weeks in the office when one of her friends who had a catering business who had one of the biggest units on the ground floor and had been there for years packed his stuff and Gave back his unit and moved elsewhere she is a very big problem with a very bad attitude

GoogleHad our office and unit for a few months now big props to Maddy and the team such a lovely working environment and help with whatever we need the team work tirelessly to helping and assisting others even when other storage unit others do not respect the space. The team always ensures that everything is organised and a safe space for all unit holders.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Cinch Self Storage Newmarket, especially thanks to Nijole. From the moment I arrived, Nijole was incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole check-in process very easy and stress-free. Most importantly, she made me feel completely safe, comfortable and relaxed, which means a lot when you are leaving your belongings in storage. Her warm and helpful attitude really stood out and gave me confidence that I had chosen the right place. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience. A big thank you to Nijole for looking after me so well. I would happily recommend Cinch Self Storage Newmarket to anyone looking for a safe and friendly storage facility.

GoogleWas the perfect size space for my storage needs. Clean, comfortable broad walkways with access to trolleys when you need to move stuff from your van upstairs in the large service lifts to your unit. Security cameras throught and monitored day and night. Would definitely recommend if you need storage in brentwood.staff are always helpful and friendly.
