GoogleAn Estate Agent that earned their commission AND more Thank you for all you did in making my house purchase as prompt and as swift as it could have been - I said jump and you said 'HOW HIGH?' Thank you

GoogleHighly Recommended! Well done to Simon for assisting us swiftly and expertly through the process of buying our house. His depth of knowledge helped us achieve a completion which had a short deadline.

GoogleChurch and Hawes, Simon in particular, were excellent, professional and friendly. The service they provided us with was second to none. Many hiccups along the way in our drawn out sale and purchase, six months in total. Simon was on the case chasing and updating us accordingly most days. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering selling their house.

GoogleWe are buying our new property through Church and Hawes at Burnham-on-Crouch and have found them to be absolutely brilliant! Nothing was ever too much trouble, they always got back to us promptly when we had a query and kept on top of all the solicitors in the chain to keep things moving and reported back to us and all relevant parties. They have provided an outstanding service, particularly Simon, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and we would certainly use them again. Nothing beats having a local person to get you through the highs and lows of house selling and buying - first rate service!

GoogleReturning to the housing market after many years was daunting, however the Church & Hawes office team helped us all the way. Kevin's expertise, especially on price setting and assessment of buyers proved invaluable. We are delighted we used this well established local estate agent to sell our house.

GoogleI have moved several times over the last 30 years and have to say that Church and Hawes have been the best Estate Agents that I have ever used. They go that 'extra mile' and they kept me fully informed every step of the way. Kevin Atterbury in particular deserves extra praise as he was amazing. Such a friendly, helpful and professional person and I had complete faith in him. it really helped during a stressful time. I will be recommending Church and Hawes to all my friends without hesitation.
