GoogleVery pleased with our interactions with Church & Hawes Burnham on crouch. David Watson was our main contact and was very professional and easy to work with. The whole team did a wonderful job in communicating and ultimately selling our home, whilst selling our new home to us. We have never been happier with a house and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for doing their best to ensure we completed the sales. We would highly recommended David and his team.

GoogleKevin (and the rest of the team) was absolutely amazing throughout our process. We had hiccups along the way which Kevin dealt with for us, both in a timely and caring way. We couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Church & Hawes and in particular, Kevin.

GoogleVery poor service from a buyers perspective. Nathan, the manager, was particularly rude with an impatient and uncaring manner. I would never use this company again.

GoogleExcellent service from David at Burnham on crouch and the young lad that originally showed us the property. Can't praise the office highly enough. 10/10. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleNot very happy at all, they do a credit checks with HomeLet which they use an old method and not an update system for credit checks. We have a good credit score with Experia, and they let us down with a bad score. Credit score it should be one and the same. Also lost our money and the house! Waste of time and money. Why people go to them, when you can save money, when you can go direct with the landlord? Avoid this company!!

Nathan, David, Nick and Jackie were so helpful throughout the process and always going that extra mile to help us out. Would thoroughly recommend their service - Thanks again guys for all your help!

GoogleWe had a protracted sales process, due to my own health reasons. Church & Hawes were undaunted and were professional and efficient all the way through. It helps that they are a small team who work for each other to get the job done. Well done to Rob W., Rob B., Kevin and (last but not least) Claire.

GoogleExcellent service provided throughout the purchase of our property from Church & Hawes. Although they were the sellers agent, Rob Wells went above & beyond to keep us up to date with any issues. He was incredibly patient with all our queries & definitely instrumental in getting the chain over the final hurdle. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services

GoogleI am unsure if this is a legitimate estate agency. They arranged a viewing which the vendor turned us away from on the day. We have emailed Rob Blake to ask for an explanation multiple times without reply. Totally unprofessional outfit.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWhat amazing service from Church & Hawes. From the initial valuation of my late father's property for probate purposes to the eventual sale, it was a 5 star service. We were looked after by Rob Blake who kept us informed throughout and was instrumental in getting the exchange and completion sorted. Highly recommend to all thinking of buying or selling. On behalf of my brother's and I, thank you very much for making a difficult situation a breeze.
