GoogleWen starting this Journey, I'd hav never foresaw the difficulties I wld need to deal wiv. My purchase was rather unusual Senario. The staff were all helpful and I need to Say a Special Thanks to Neil. I wld definitely giv them a call IF I moved again. Not sure I will Anytime Soon. Lol.!! They go beyond the normal realms of estate agent and give you a personalised service that you couldn’t get if you marketed the property on your own. I wouldn’t use any other agent. Our property was certainly a unique sale with some ups and downs but with Nick’s constant communication he made the selling process more bearable. GooglePurchased my flat about 4 months ago and from first calling to arrange a viewing to collecting the keys on completion day Church & Hawes helped me make this move go well. Aaron was very happy to show me around the property & to meet me for a second viewing a few days later. Gave me time to get the feel of the place without rushing me and I never felt pressurised in any way to purchase. The staff helped me get my offer accepted and were so friendly and helpful with any questions I had along the way right up until I picked up the keys to move in! I would not hesitate to recommend this agency if you are thinking of moving in the area!
